They don't appear to be insulated for cold climates. Very thin plastic the bees will freeze in the winter.

Gary Dungelman you are correct. Not recommended to overwinter bees in them.

Just letting you know that the bees like them. Swarm in my tree that I put into these boxes.

Micah Bowman it’s not quite swarm season on the eastern shore of md but that’s good to hear! I plan to use a few

Mike Fitzgerald yes love their versatility. I’ve used them for temp splits, swarm catch boxes, and customer nuc sale boxes.
My only complaint is take your time removing molded parts from the lid, if you rush you can easily crack the lid or one of the parts.
I have yet to use one of the feeders. May try here in the summer dearth.
      Thanks for checking back in.
Bottom line they are with the price for a budget nuc box and a quick bee box to have in and around the apiary.

These box's are cheaply made and cost 20 bucks from mann lake. I was so disappointed when I got this junk box. I mean why not make the polypropylene thicker. Mine was cracked when it was delivered. WTH! Junk!

I think you’ve made your point now. I respect balance feedback and perspectives from all who want to participate but please don’t troll my channel looking to only bash a product to satisfy your dissatisfaction index.
