Boy did I watch a lot of TV back then. Got them all.
Me too!
Me too. Wow. Fun trip down memory lane!
That's because TV was shows were better then.
2
Me too 😆
I can't remember what I ate for breakfast, when I last took my medications, and where I put the keys, but I remembered every single one of these shows from over 4 decades ago. Lol
Pam it sounds like just another average day in the life of a senior citizen but we made it this far so let's just keep enjoying our golden years 😊😅❤
Same😂
I put a piece of paper on the stairs on Tuesday to take upstairs and Saturday my wife said is this something you need so I am getting ready to finally take it upstairs I don't think it's going to get better 😊😅❤
I’m right there with you. Lol
Sounds like me. Had to phone the tax center and I had all the paperwork but they asked my birthdate I knew the month and date but for the life of me I couldn’t remember the year. I felt so so so stupid. She then asked me my age that I knew. But all these shows I remember and most of them I so enjoyed
I got them all right. Those were the good old days of real tv shows
I never realized it, but the 1970's had some of the best programming of all time.
Star Trek was close, ending in 1969. Should have lasted into the 70's!
agree ... definitely the GOLDEN era of tv for me.
We had the best music too. So there.
@@trotbelatrot3282 I'm not into science fiction, but my brothers are
We didn’t have a lot of channels as we do now. Despite that we played outside A LOT
It was fun to look forward to certain shows on certain nights..Havent done that for quite a while. The good ole days
I remember a few days like Friday's e had Dukes of Hazzard then Dallas then Falcon Crest. SATURDAYS we had Love Boat then Fantasy Island. That's about all I can think of now
Same here!
And now we can just wait until it comes on Hulu and no commercials
Perfect score! Boy, I probably watched too much tv back then, lol!
Got them all! Yeah watched a lot of TV back in the day!
Growing up in the 70's, that's all we had, a TV and our bikes. Got em all! God,I'm old
And our radios.

Grew up in the 70s?? And Kid, you think you are old‽‽
@@thomasharding1838 I am old almost 63
@@LorieSmith-v8wWelcome me to the 60 club, then. I joined just this past June! 🎉
WOW I got all of them,!!! I didn't realize how much TV i watched back then 😊
Got them all correct. Without looking at the answers. I think I must have been glued to the television every night for my entire childhood!
Well done! I lived in rural Ontario in those years, so had to rely on whichever shows Canadian networks imported, until we got an antenna that captured CBS from Watertown, New York State!
Me too.
Same….Lol
Same. I knew most of them before the photos fully loaded 😂
Back then we went to school all day played outside when we got home then did homework and ate supper and from 8 to 11 watched tv.
Got all of them instantly, without looking at the multiples choices. I probably could do the same for a 50's or 60's quiz as well. Those 3 decades were by far the best years of TV.
All of them 12:01
Me, too
Cable TV and the internet have ruin TV as we knew it.
Yeah, I didn’t need the choices.. watched them all… but can’t agree with the earlier stuff.. I only lived for a few months in the 60’s.. literally grew up on 70’s TV..
@@ronpeacock9939 I think for most of us, we find the TV shows of the years we grew up as the best ever (Same for music). So not surprising you like the 70's stuff. Definitely a lot of great shows in that decade.
Great shows bring backs good old times, they will never make great shows like this again thank you for the memories
It was a pleasure to remember all the shows I loved. Thanks
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for stopping by and playing with us! 💕
I got 100%! The 70's was a great decade. Thanks
How come it did not show my results!???
Me born in 1962.
I got all of them!!! The fun times loved it!! Still watch these!!! 😂😂😂❤❤❤❤....
Got them all right. Good memories of better days. When there was real comedy on TV.
As a teenager in the 70’s,I watched most of those shows. Got all of them correct. Fun quiz.
I was born 72 and I got all of them correct. :P
YOU DIDN'T GET THEM ALL CORRECT YOU LIEING BARSTARD
#Metoo ...a stroll down memory lane.
Same here got them all
Same here. Grew up in the '70s and got all of them correct.
100% ~ Got all of them...that was easy! Childhood Memories!
Thanks for taking me down memory lane!!💕
I'm glad that you enjoyed it! 💕 Thanks for stopping by and playing with us!❣
If you watched all these shows, you remember you only had 3 major networks to choose from, CBS, NBC, and ABC
My mom tells me stories from those days about this.
right, now we have a 100 channels and tv has turned to crap= useless. if i had a time machine, i would easily dart back to the 1960s- 1980s. and stay there.
WE ALSO HAD A " UHF " CHALLEL THAT WOULD COME IN IF THE RABBIT EARS WERE SET RIGHT ..HAHA BORN IN 1964.. PEACE
The Fox Network didn't arrive until 1987. 😏
@@robertcurry7860 it wasn't fox network in the 70's it was a uhf channel on an analog T.V. .. Do your homework it was TBS channel 17 uhf 1967 , then channel 42 uhf 1976 .. you're welcome .. please research before you disrespect comments TY ..
I got them all right I grew up in the 70s
100% didn't miss one. How I long for TV as it was in the 70's. 😊
Then MeTV is for YOU! It's a broadcast channel available in most areas for FREE! Should also be on cable / satellite.
Got them all correct!! Great shows, great times, great memories.
Thanks for the memories. I remember them all very well.😊❤
Good clean TV shows brings back memories
This was fun and I knew them all. One editing suggestion: The show was called, "Sanford and Son" (not 'sons'). Lamont was Fred G. Sanford's only son.
Got them all right!
I thought the same thing
I was watching Sanford and Son while playing this video.
I caught that too.
So did I
WooHoo...I watched a lot of TV too..got 45 correct. This is a FUN channel.. Let's keep it going.
45/45 - Another easy one. By the way, pretty sneaky of you to include a photo of Barnaby Jones that showed the star of another '70s TV private eye show: the photo shows William Conrad of Cannon with Buddy Ebsen of Barnaby Jones.
yeah, i answered Cannon or Barnaby Jones. The other trick one was Shazam which could have been ISIS
@@vitom5513 😊
Rockford files..
@@vitom5513Another trick one was Rhoda. It was a spinoff of The Mary Tyler Moore Show and there were no other characters in the pic to tell you which of the 2 it was
@@eph2vv89only1way Also I think that photo is in Mary's apartment.
When you have to explain to someone on Question 27, “No, that’s not Blanche & Dorothy, it’s Vivian & Maude!” 😂😂😂
I remember Lucille Ball more as Maude than the show.
I almost missed that one, then realized that it couldn't be Golden Girls, the colors were too muted.
Then I looked at the choices. *eye roll*
Got em all!!
It looks similar to "Maude" the kitchen!
I do miss the Golden Girls, but I didn't miss any of the questions! 😀
Multiple choices made it super easy....I didn't need them though. Got them all
Got them all. What a fun trip down memory lane. ❤
Yep. Agree. I'm sure people of today, in 30-40 years may have memories but will they be fun memories of tv programs. With so many now premium channels with streaming of the same programs over and over, I would have doubt.
I missed just 1 of them!!
I got them all right. Didn't watch some of them, but I knew them all. My 2 favourite out of all them because I couldn't just pick one, were MASH and All in the Family. Caroll O'Connor and Jean Stapleton were magic together.
44 right, loved the quiz, I guess I watched a lot more TV than I thought, Thanks for the video!
All correct. Those were the best days in our junior years. Love them all.
Got them all and was surprised how many I knew but didn’t watch. Also, I was surprised how many shows were on in the 70’s and how long they lasted! Those were the good old days. ☺️
Got them all, this sure brought back wonderful memories! Thank you!
Knew them all without any clues-too easy!
Got them all. Love old tv shows
I got them all right.
BJ and the Bear, The Monkeys, Dark Shadows, McMillan and wife, Rockford Files (or was that 80s), Starsky and Hutch, Sonny and Cher, Carol Bernett, so so many good ones!
The Monkees were in the mid 60s
Can't forget McCloud. McCloud, McMillan & Wife and Columbo were the three that were rotated - they shared the same night but took turns airing that night each week
Esp since some, like 'Wonder Woman' and 'The Incredibe Hulk' were too easy.
You could also add the Brady Bunch, the Interns, Marcus Welby, M.D., Mod Squad and another one I have forgotten the name of unfortunately that was in rotation with McMillan and Wife, McCloud. It starred Joseph Campanella and a couple of others that I can picture though their names escape me right now. I’m sure there are many others as well.
Could have added Cheers!
Wow....what a flash back to past for me! It sure was fun to look back at all of those shows and see the actor's. Great shows!
Got'em all right, 100% 😂 No doubt the 70's was the BEST decade EVER!!! 😎☮️✌️👍
As teenager and just graduating from high school off to the Army for 20 years these shows were so incredible and wholesome. I had forgotten some of them but got them all right!!!!! This was a blast to the past….loved it. Thank you for this look back in some great memories.
I'm so glad this quiz was able to bring you happy memories! Thank you very much for playing! ❤
Thank you for your service Sir 🫡🇺🇸
20+ retired zoomie, here. Same time frame for me. Glad you made it back safely.
Thank you for your service & bravery. 🫡
I got them all. I didn't realize I watched that much TV!
All of them 😊
I can't believe I got all of them right! I was lucky to have had television back in the 70s! Most people on the Indian reservation did not!
Were you one of the Cherokee people, of Cherokee tribe? (1970 song reference)
I got all 45. Scrolling down through the comments, I see a lot of people also caught that it was Cannon with Barnaby Jones, Isis with Shazam! and Galactica 1980 instead of the original Battlestar Galactica. I also remembered most of the cast members from each show as well! 😊
Yes but it was still Battlestar Galactica
Cannon/Jake and the Fat Man - whomever. But yeah. 😂
Extremely easy, childs play lol..left out that's my mama, what's happening, Alice etc..
The one with William Conrad (Cannon) and Buddy Ebsen (Barnaby Jones) could have gone either way on the answer.
I was just trying to name all the kids from Eight is Enough- I got them all right!!!
Bought back lovely memories of that era. Thank You
I was an inside kid and avid book reader, watched all of these shows as a kid and teen…got all 45 correct! Who remembers “The Book Mobile”? Ahhh, the good ole days!!
I told my granddaughter about the bookmobile and she thought that was so nice.
I still buy books, dvd’s, and cd’s…bring back the good ole days! Tell ur granddaughter 2 never stop touching the real books!❤
i still remember the bookmobile
They shud bring it back!!😊
I knew all of them. The 70s had so many great shows!
I love all these shows. Thanx for the retroactive!!!
So pleased I remembered all 45 shows. Great shows!!!!
Got 'em all. Yes, most of my life in the 70s was planted in front of the tube. Still, a bunch of great shows.
But still had more time outside playing with friends. We'd go out and play all day and only come home for supper. The good ol' days.
WOW, I must have been glued to the TV, I got them all Right!
Got em all. Watched almost all of them. To this day Taxi is my all time favorite show. What a cast! I watched that, Kojak and Colombo with my Mom. Counted the days until Happy Days was on. I babysat at ages 15-17 for a lady who went out to dinner every Saturday night. When the baby was asleep I watched the Love Boat followed by Fantasy Island. Is there anyone who didn't love and appreciate MASH? WOW the awesome days of 70s TV 😊
That's my mama, Rockford files, movin' on, bj and the bear, McCloud, kolchak..
In the UK, we had Happy Days on Saturday mornings. I watched it with my small children. Great fun!
@@thedbcooperforum I got it, I got it, I got the report! I’m going to work on the Love Boat! 😉
@@michellemoore4585 That's my Mama, not too many remember that show...I have three episode scripts from that show..
Yep Saturday night was awesome!
Got them all right, I could watch everyone of these shows today. Someone bring them back, please.
It wouldn’t be the same. To politically correct now! 😢
Some of them are on MeTV.
What great times we had back then.. Thanks for the memories
Got them all. Sure was a better time to live in. TV shows were light and clean. The best comedies ever made.
45/45: excellent quiz, brings back childhood memories!!👍👍
Got them all! Good memories! Thanks!
That was a fun trip down memory lane. I watched a lot of TV back then too. But I got them all. There were a lot of good shows back then
MASH was my favourite! Watched it again a few years back. Still loved it! 🇨🇦🇨🇦
😊Did you know that in the original Mash movie, that the tv series was based on, our very own Donald Sutherland played Hawkeye! RIP Mr. Sutherland ! 💜🕊️🇨🇦
Finally a quiz that I aced. 😂
I got 43/45....missed #1 and #34. Great TV! Great memories! Thanks for including the years..gives us a little historical perspective of where we were and what was going on in the world! 😊 ❤
I'm glad that you enjoyed it! Thank you very much for playing!
That’s the one I missed.
I got them all, boy back in the days when they knew how to make a good family show, that's what we need to go back to, good wholesome shows the whole family can watch together.
This was real nice! When I couldn’t go outside I stayed and watch tv. All great shows got them all correct. I still watch Good Times!😀
I got them all! Walking down memory lane! Only reason I watched Love Boat was Lauren Twes! The Dukes of Hazard gave us Daisy Dukes!(Anen)!
Soap gave us Billy Crystal and Katherine Helmand (Who’s The Boss) Chips wasn’t the same without Jon! Barneby Jones threw off a little with William Conrad! Loren Green in a SyFy!
This was a lot of fun!🙏🏻
Yes, they missed Chips
The picture for #42 is technically from Galactica 1980. And #34 could be Isis or Shazam - they did do some crossover episodes starring both heroes. Sorry...splitting hairs. 😀
You're correct on both parts, #42 is Galactica 1980 and #34 is from the Shazam Isis Hour when they were a combined cross back and forth show.
Mark got them all. Too much tv watching
Yes #42 is from Galactica 1980 but is also the final season from Battlestar Galactica 1978-79.
I caught that too!
Thank you, I thought I was losing my mind for a minute. "Boy do I remember Dirk and Richard looking different."
i got every single one right just by looking at the pictures
Got them all (I used to do a pop culture trivia show every Friday night on my radio show in the 1980s so I had a slight advantage). I really enjoyed the nostalgia trip. I have to say that, when Linda Carter came up on the screen and one of the choices was "The Incredible Hulk", I lost my ***t. Thank you for the best belly laugh I've had all week 🤣.
45 for 45. Far too easy. BTW the picture for Battlestar Galactica was from Galactica 1980.
Yes that is right also it is the final season of Battlestar galactica
Wonderful trip down memory lane. I watched most of them.
Got them all...and could probably list some that might stump even you lol. Great quiz and thank you for bringing back some wonderful memories (and even some sad ones). Do you remember "Kolchak:The Night Stalker", "Ghost Story", "Circle Of Fear", "Phylis", "Lou Grant", "Dan August", "Alias Smith and Jones", "Cannon", "The Evil Touch" (ok, that was an import), "Baretta", "The Rockford Files", "Kung Fu", "Quincy M.E.", "McLoud", (just realized you could do another 70's quiz with this list lol.
Anyway, thanks for uploading this. Wondering if I uploaded a quiz of "radio shows" using small clips from each show? Hmmmmm.
With this list, I probably could!
It's McCloud, not McLoud. 🙃
Radio shows? Good grief,Mathusala!!!
Remember "Owen Marshall, Counselor at Law"?
Got them all , that's when tv was I entertaining, Not this bunch of scrap reality shows.
Got every question right 🎉 I grew up in Los Angeles and had the opportunity to be an audience member at Kotter, Soap and Taxi many times. Soap was my fave. A couple of decades later, I ended up being Jeff Conway’s (Bobby Wheeler on Taxi) Talent Manager for a few years. About ten years ago, I rewatched all of the episodes of SOAP. Pretty edgy for the 70’s - so was All in the Family. Brilliant writing that in the 2024 climate just wouldn’t fly.
Got them all! Even had the theme song in my head for many of them. Made it a lot easier when I noticed the options at the bottom lol. Almost didn't get Kojak because he was wearing a hat
I remember Kojak and his Tootsie pop sucker 😉
Question 33 is actually "Sanford and Son" not "Sanford and Sons".
You are correct - gotta love typos.
I got them all. I grew up watching these tv shows.
I got them all, but I must say that YOU got 2 wrong. The title for one sitcom is "Sanford and Son", not plural as was mentioned. The second mistake was "Battlestar Galactica", maybe you used the wrong photo by mistake, but those in the picture were in a show called "Galactica 1980"
Thank you for letting me know!
No mistake, it was still Battlestar Galactica. Galactica 1980 was the final season.
It's impossible to get these all correct since #42 is mislabelled as Battlestar Galactica instead of the correct answer which is Galactica 1980. They are NOT the same show even though Galactica 1980 relied heavily on footage from Battlestar Galactica.
They ARE the same show! Galactica 1980 was the conclusion of Battlestar Galactica, having finally found the planet Earth and the boy (Boxley) was all grown up. So it was still Battlestar Galactica.
@@FriesianKiwi66then where is BSG 1979, and how much was its budget?
@@toddbu-WK7L I do not know how much the budget but to set the record straight, Galactica 1980 is the sequel to Battlestar Galactica therefore it is a part of it, the conclusion.
Was wondering if someone pointed that out. Technically it IS mislabeled. If you watch the show, the title card comes up as Galactica 1980, not Battlestar Galactica. IMDB lists the series separately, and in the blu ray release they are also separate series and not just season 1 and 2 of the same show.
I also watched a lot of TV back in the day. Most my lady and I both liked, and others we watched as one or the other of us liked them. I got all 45 correct. Now, if you want to challenge those of us 65 years old and over, do one of these TV trivia of shows from the 50's and 60's. Great job though. Keep'em coming. Thanks.
Awesome. Thank you for playing! We did actually cover the 50s and 60s, you should check them out. We did a "through the decades" series from the 50s-00s.
