I always figured I'd get my boy a kx65 when he's ready. The new KTM looks, for me, to now have a number of features that make it worth the price premium over the KX.
I did 12.53 mm on my kids tc65 lol I know kinda odd number but we had to adjust 3 different times where he was comfortable but are you having power valve issue I guess there are 2 different jugs there using
Did you have any issues with the power valve or cylinder that a lot of people have had ?? Everyone says you notice it when u get on it and it will lack power if so

You didn’t change seat hight or gas tank height? Bike can go lower.
The bike did go lower with just moving the bolt to the other position. Bike can go higher, though.
Would say be the same 80 mm lowered?
yes, the manual says 80 mm exactly

we are very fortunate to not have that issue, sounds like some having a very tight power-valve causing sticktion😬

We've got 7hrs on it now, no issues. The bike moves!

actually going on 60 hrs, about tot change the top end, no issues thus far - great bike for us.
Ktm admitted when I called some bikes have the issue and they advise to ride the bike before leaving the dealership
