So beautiful how God is working on/ through you friend! Crazy personal story and I heard something from Him through something you shared. God has been gently walking me through by revealing and healing; speaking through scripture, situations like this with you speaking to me to show me things He wants me to see so clearly. I have been and will continue to pray for your precious son and family. I am a walking miracle that should not be here, so I KNOW of his healing power. I stand in awe everyday I get to grow closer to him personally and share of his goodness, GRACE and mercy. It is MINDBLOWING what he has restored in me in just 14mos! Thank you for sharing! Your authenticity truly shines , through your posts. God is working , every second!!! It’s so evident that he is working on Uriah’s health & healing and through that, he’s working on you and all of us!! God has given you a significant assignment and I, for one, am so grateful that you are sharing your innermost thoughts and feelings!!!!
He knows us better than we know ourselves and knows we are full of flaws and mistakes but is the truest form of unconditional love. Your story and family have purpose and weight for the beauty of Christ and his healing and love. Uriah is reaching 1000's and therefore you are reaching people who probably need to hear that they are not alone in their imperfect walk with Christ and what God's true love and salvation look like, not what they hear too often in feeling like they are never worthy. Thank you for reaching so many in your time of unimaginable pain, stress, heartbreak, roller coaster emotions and life altering events that your family is going through. I hope this continues to reach more and more people so they can hear the words that more need to in understanding what true Christianity should look like in our daily human struggle. Your words are so spot on and so much more true than so much of the hypocrisy that that tends to drive people away from Christ. This is what needs to be said and talked about more often. No judgement here, I get it, believe me. I am saved, you don't loose your salvation. I don't walk the walk. I just do good things for folks and take care of my neighbors. I understand exactly what you are saying.
You may not realize this, but God is using you through this. Your understanding of God, and the things being revealed to you by God right now, are teaching others. I can see how others are realizing now what grace is...that no one is perfect and God loves you anyway. Once you're in the hand of God, He's not going to drop you. You're His.
Amen! You don't have to preach, you can just be a dude talking. When you talk, there are certain people listening to you, that may not listen to anyone else. I wish I had taken the time to do the same, after all the time I spent in the hospital with my son, going stir-crazy. You and Uriah each have a testimony, separate but linked. I'd listen to your hours of rambling; sounds like a good discussion.

Some people feel they are worthy to pray. They think God won't listen because of how they live. Good thoughts are just as good.
