My rottweiler bite my mom .it happened when she was feeding him .he thought she was trying to take the food back .just one bite and he stopped. Some rottweilers are really really hard to train

You are not suppose to own a rottweiler, please buy some other dog, peoples like you are the reason many dogs are even illegal in many parts of the world,
rottweilers are one of the most intelligent and easy to train dog, but they need a positive reward based training, and they need to know that you are the owner, (they are mainly single owner dogs ) but they cat get along with anyone with proper training, its a little hard to train adult dogs, but anyway you need to train them 'food permission' it is an easy to train,and give them your(your mom) love and trust, using negative/no based training can sometime affect the relation between the dog and the owner.
if he is still a puppy you can train and reinforce the "I am the owner"
if he is grownup you can do the same but spend more time with the dog, play with him
make him feel comfortable with you(your mom) as much as you can
