Hi, Su! Unfortunately, an inkjet printer won't work for diy foiling because it uses ink and not toner. The foil adheres to laser printer toner as it goes through the Minc / heat laminator because the toner melts and binds with the foil. The same result can't be achieved with inkjet ink since there's nothing to bind with the foil.
