This was really an eye-opening video. Moto phones are actually good but their customer service in India is horrible. Even in Delhi, the capital of India, they've only 4 service centers and all of them have mostly average or poor ratings. I've switched between 3 to 4 motorola phones over the last 7-8 years and i must say I was disappointed by their service. Btw, that issue that you were asking the person in the service center regarding no-audio after repair but switching to loudspeaker somehow works on call. I've faced that in past when i got my Moto G4 Plus serviced and read about loy of people having the same. I also remember there was some rattling noise in my phone after taking it back from them but they said its wear and tear but i knew there was no such thing before handing them over my phone. I highly recommend every single moto owner to first look up ratings and reviews of the service centers before visiting and choose the best one and always check your phone thoroughly after service, specially speaker, calling, and finishing around the edges of the back panel. Worst part, they might even format your phone as a part of their service procedure, if not told otherwise.

My experience with oneplus has been great ,with power tactical engine ,great speakers with good clarity and on top 80w charging ,camera is nice in daylight but has issues in night time.
My customer service experience in Lava is best so far. Hence I bought again Lava Blaze 5G for mom four 4-5 months back and ordered Lava Agni2 for uncle yesterday. And when I transferred the same photo taken during daylight by Blaze 5g and my iPhone 14plus to computer, looks almost similar quality, that made me surprise.

That's why I am moving to samsung or OnePlus because at least I will have an authorised service centre unlike 3rd parties. I don't care about paying money for spare parts but in the end i will get my phone repaired by experienced service men.

They took 40 days to repair my g82 device display for the green line issue, after a complaint in the consumer forum they checked the spare parts stock and they found no display was available in India. For this reason I waited this long , After that they imported display from china. They have no idea when to order spare parts, when customer will complaint ,then they will wake up. 11:40 reason is that when you go for replacement of display 1st time in service centre or local shop they will try to reuse the old glue that is already there as much as possible because no matter how good of quality glue you buy from chinese people to repair your touch panel or back panel it cannot match the factory glue stickiness or its temperature tolerance or strength hence when they reapply their glue in parts where original glue seal is damaged it creates such gaps and uneven surfaces. if you scrap all the old glue and then paste display or back panel there wont be any gap but then its extra work to remove glue for the service centre people and for local shops they are just not able to match the quality of factory glue. if you open a samsung device it has a sticky silicone glue which is why they are the only manufacturers which make truly water proof phones and even repairing your samsung at official service centre cannot restore your water proofing because they dont have this glue with them so they will reuse. this is bad for customers as 1 its no more water proof and 2 its finishing is bad

Yep, I recently submitted my Moto Edge 30 Pro ( a flagship from last year) and after 3 days, they inform me they don't have parts for this phone. And don't know when the parts would arrive, could be a week, a month or more. This is for a flagship device.
❤ 1 thing I would like to add: f1 solutions are always like that Once I went to em for realme x camera repair they wanted to charge me a few thousand and also they didn't have the parts So instead I went to the authorized center and got it repaired for free ( the phone was in warranty back then)
I've got the best service experience from Moto. Actually my mobile was dropped from a tripod and the display was totally damaged. But the screen wasn't broken not even a single scratch. So I had decided to go to the service centre the next day and will try to convene them as this is an internal issue so that the green line came etc. They just gave me a form to fill up and told me that they will check if the internal parts are authentic or not. Then they just told me to sit for one and half an hour, the screen will be replaced. Amazingly they gave me exactly 1.5hr after. Without any cost not even the service cost was taken by them.(obviously my mobile is under warranty)

Even i had my 1st android as Moto g4 plus... and honestly the after sales service sucks.... Had mother board replaced 6 times screen 4 times... Infact once they replaced motherboard and right infront of them within minutes it went dead.... the reason was chasis defect which my father caught despite all that they didn't replaced my phone at last they considered changing the chasis and then it worked fine but after that I am sure that never gonna buy that again

In my case, I recently went to the Moto service center for a power button issue and the issue was resolved as the device was under warranty. However, I asked the engineer to check it for water resistance, he stated it would work, but unfortunately it did not survive. As a result, I recommend all users to not trust the IP68 rating on their mobile devices if they have been repaired.

When I fell off bike moto edge 30 fell out of pocket on road and shattered. Service center took 8000 to replace touch panel. After repair the back panel had lot of scratches which were not there previously. Service center said it happens when they remove panel. I saw a small black dot next to front camera hole. I was told its paste glue and no issues because of one dot. In couple of weeks that dot grew up to look like dual front camera. Thats it... I switched back to F34 with flipkart exchange. Recently F34 fell off to road similarly when riding bike and had no scratch. Dont fall for slim phone. Samsung may be bulky but its durable.

Here me a motorola user after service I use moto g52( 4/64) iam a student one day evening iam attending my online lecture a green line came on my phone after that the day after which day the green line come if gave it to my nearest service center they accept my device to repair for free because it was in warrenty the gave 10 to 15 days estimated they told that we don't repair phone in this centre we will send this to our main branch so it take more time i say ok but after 6 days the call came and they tell your has been repaired you can take it i go and collect it the don't ask me for some fee and its running normal when i see this i check corner and border and it was fine no such gape i found

Yep, I recently submitted my Moto Edge 30 Pro ( a flagship from last year) and after 3 days, they inform me they don't have parts for this phone. And don't know when the parts would arrive, could be a week, a month or more. This is for a flagship device.

Once I went to em for realme x camera repair they wanted to charge me a few thousand and also they didn't have the parts
So instead I went to the authorized center and got it repaired for free ( the phone was in warranty back then)

I've got the best service experience from Moto. Actually my mobile was dropped from a tripod and the display was totally damaged. But the screen wasn't broken not even a single scratch. So I had decided to go to the service centre the next day and will try to convene them as this is an internal issue so that the green line came etc. They just gave me a form to fill up and told me that they will check if the internal parts are authentic or not. Then they just told me to sit for one and half an hour, the screen will be replaced. Amazingly they gave me exactly 1.5hr after. Without any cost not even the service cost was taken by them.(obviously my mobile is under warranty)
Motorola repair cost is high as compare to other brands. That's why I didn't buy Moto mobile this time. I was having Motorola edge 20 phone.

Even i had my 1st android as Moto g4 plus... and honestly the after sales service sucks....
Had mother board replaced 6 times screen 4 times... Infact once they replaced motherboard and right infront of them within minutes it went dead.... the reason was chasis defect which my father caught despite all that they didn't replaced my phone at last they considered changing the chasis and then it worked fine but after that I am sure that never gonna buy that again

In my case, I recently went to the Moto service center for a power button issue and the issue was resolved as the device was under warranty. However, I asked the engineer to check it for water resistance, he stated it would work, but unfortunately it did not survive. As a result, I recommend all users to not trust the IP68 rating on their mobile devices if they have been repaired.

When I fell off bike moto edge 30 fell out of pocket on road and shattered. Service center took 8000 to replace touch panel. After repair the back panel had lot of scratches which were not there previously. Service center said it happens when they remove panel. I saw a small black dot next to front camera hole. I was told its paste glue and no issues because of one dot. In couple of weeks that dot grew up to look like dual front camera. Thats it... I switched back to F34 with flipkart exchange. Recently F34 fell off to road similarly when riding bike and had no scratch. Dont fall for slim phone. Samsung may be bulky but its durable.

My experience with Motorola service centre was great. I live in Kolkata. Nicely air conditioned centre and staff behaviour was soo good. And the staffs did everything to help me with my issue.

My customer service experience in Lava is best so far. Hence I bought again Lava Blaze 5G for mom 4-5 months back and ordered Lava Agni2 for uncle yesterday. I am happy to buy narzo 60 bro and the reason for not buying moto because the device being overhyped and always out of stock although the phone passed extreme test but stock UI is just so boring. But the device are till date durable, my moto g40 never needs a repair and dropped so many times but the phone is still in perfect condition

I use moto g52( 4/64) iam a student one day evening iam attending my online lecture a green line came on my phone after that the day after which day the green line come if gave it to my nearest service center they accept my device to repair for free because it was in warrenty the gave 10 to 15 days estimated they told that we don't repair phone in this centre we will send this to our main branch so it take more time i say ok but after 6 days the call came and they tell your has been repaired you can take it i go and collect it the don't ask me for some fee and its running normal when i see this i check corner and border and it was fine no such gape i found
