That contestant was a real knock out. She could have just as easily become a Barker beauty if CBS had hired her. As for Bob Barker himself, the way he treated Holly was beyond disrespectful. I mean there's a big difference between being funny, and being a jerk.
3:29 ? It all looks innocent enough and she took it in good stride. I think he was hyping it up for the sake of the show. To keep proceedings from being dry?
Wow! That contestant could've been a Barker Beauty. She was gorgeous! And there goes Bob picking on Holly again, as usual. I know it added comedy to the show, but it seemed real to me. Bob didn't like anyone upstaging him, especially Holly, because he knew how popular she was with the fans.
Jason, I thought that Bob Barker was being rude to Holly. He was not treating Dian and Janice that way. He even told her to move her head when he could read the prices very well with her standing up.
@@silvialogan9226 Yes, I thought so too. That was ridiculous, him telling her to move her head. He just seemed to have something against Holly. He always seemed to want to go out of his way to deliberately diss and embarrass Holly on camera. He also said that being upstaged by a chimp on "Truth or Consequences" was better than being upstaged by her. He called her a pest too. I wondered if he did that for the comedy and because Holly was the clowny one, or if he was serious. It seemed like he was serious to me.
I never found the way Bob talked down to the models to be enjoyable. Bob had his comedic strengths, but he was a real prick during this very specific era of the show to everyone involved with it.
This is one the crazier games the show has had. I see it as sort of an extension of Hole in One; whomever created this game musta thought the contestants were gold medal Olympians! XD
The sound made as the big doors opened encapsulates the entire '80s decade. 😄
A wonderous reveal and the new digital/electronic instruments add a truly unique flair, while sounding like music but not noise.
Sweet!!
Bob was ruthless, glad he's no longer here
That contestant is very pretty.
yeah they don`t make em like that anymore.

Oh brother!

She sure knew who to dress up and had great legs. Only time women wear dresses anymore is at weddings. 🙄

In Holly’s words which the clip cuts off, “It’s not my fault, they didn’t give me my little cart.”
The models should be wearing what she's wearing!
Bob was the best!
Bob was rather harsh with Holly. Like grumpy old man angry.
In her words, which the clip cut off, “It’s not my fault, they didn’t give me my little cart.”
It was funny as hell
Holly was the prize that I wanted to win!
The contestant's legs should qualify her to win the car irregardless 😂.
this particular show is on Buzzr today, good lord Carina is a fox 🧡❤️
I remember this episode very well. I saw it when I was a little girl of 12.

Definitely one of the most bland reactions I’ve seen to any prize reveal on The Price is Right, particularly a car! 😳
You think that hottie wants a wagon?
If you get the price right you should automatically win
This pricing game required contestants to display athletic ability (not a lot of contestants were athletes).
A pretty modest amount of athletic ability, but you're right.
4:12 strike 1
4:19 strike 2
On the nose was hilarious back in 85
4:26 strike 3 you're out
Holly the hottie.
Wow! Holly and Carina up for a little baseball ⚾️ practice.
This was kind of odd tbh....
This contestant just seemed completely UNENTHUSED altogether (based on her FLAT reaction to the car in the beginning)
More so when On the Nose was trotted out.
This game is a mess.
Synthesizers!
Boo hiss.
