My first albums I bought as a young teen was Blondie's Parallel Lines and Eat to the Beat. Amazing to think she's 75 now and 65 when this show was performed.

If you have been listening your entire life and heart of glass is your favorite, may I suggest listening to their first 3 albums again? That is actually probably one of their most shallow songs. Have heard Do The Dark? Great song, way better, although I do love heart of glass, as well

Blondie is Pop\Punk fun band that can get sentimental to. Clem's Drum kit is every bit as important to serve the material in a manner that is unrivalled. They are inducted into the RRHOF,but truly are not the same genre as they have their own. Blondie toured for much longer than any of them out there. Heck,Zeppelin only toured for like 4 years,Clem been perfect for 10times that. If I was shooting for a drum style,I'd try for Clem's. Just perfect for the material and can fit in anywhere. Some can pound the kit,while others tip toe through the material with precision. Clem is one of best I ever heard,and only ones to disagree,are not really into the genre of music. They play many styles to never get boring. He is a machine.
