Ngl, the scene in Invincible where Omni-Dad actually holds up his son after the baseball game was so wholesome only to just beat the hell outta him. That was such a good scene and I’m so glad that it was part of the show, because it actually showed that father and son bonding experience only to be contrasted by pain. Then Omni-man’s tears as he flew into space were just solidifying the fact that he really regretted his decision.
This scene of Pedro makes me tear up. It shows how mankind can go from happy and vivacious to depressed, and feeling like they have nothing to live for in the matter of seconds. It shows us that no matter how good our circumstances are, there’s always going to be that one thing that we crave but can’t get, so we just have this emptiness in our lives until our deathbed. This scene of Pedro reminds me of my father too much, and it pains me to look at it

This is the best show I've seen. Some have come close, but this just hits too hard. ***SPOILER AHEAD*** Especially the moment when Faye is running to her past home and what she finds is just gut wrenching.
