To all of my fellow Senior Citizens who lived the lifestyle back then and are still rocking it today, it's still GREAT! The later generations will NEVER experience what we had and did!
Ok,,,,I have LOVED THE TUBES SINCE THE 1st Album in 1976,,,,This was Our Anthem!! Now I am 62 as of last Wed., 3/25/20,,,,, and I am watching all of The Tubes Videos I can Find on You Tube, and STILL LOVING THEM !!!! This IS Great!!! We are ALL STILL WHITE PUNKS ON DOPE,,,it's just a different kind,,,, HAAAA!!!!!!
Grandpa can still bring it. Saw them in San Francisco Palace of Fine Arts 1975 or 76. Back in the day when some of your best days you can't remember. One of the benefits of getting older, is we were there.
HAHAHA! Fee was ridiculous back then, now that he's older, his act's even more ridiculous! But the song is awesome, and the band as a whole is entertaining and still fun to watch!
Mark Holman ...Vince died June 2, 2006. I was doing concert security for Bill Graham when Brent Midland, keyboardist for Grateful Dead had died of too much cocain. Bruce Hornsby came in to temporarily fill in till they got another regular keybord player..Hence Vince Welnick The dead had a history of keyboard players dying on them. Vince was the last keybordist the dead had untill Jerry Garcia died.
Vince added a LOT to the Grateful Dead after Brent died. I saw him with the Dead around 100 times, and it still wasn't enough. I SURE DO MISS HIS playing and amazing voice.
yeah i'll chk that out they've done that 'intro' since early on, when they did wpod bk in 80's there was what seemed like hundreds of people on stage it was hilarious i wrote on another thread it would have been the gr8tst super bowl 1/2time show evr lol

What happened to Vince Welnick?
Sadly dead. He was a great player. Struggled with depression apparently.
Mark Holman ...Vince died June 2, 2006.
