My cameras are hooked up to my POE NVR. The app only shares the NVR and will not share the individual cameras hooked up to the POE NVR. I only want to share one or two cameras and not the entire set of my cameras hooked to my NVR. I can scan the QR code of the cameras that I want to share into the app, but then the app shows those cameras as offline. Is there any way to share the individual cameras without sharing the entire POE NVR?

The camera was easy to add to the app. But the app then shows the camera as always being offline, unless viewed thru the NVR portion of the app. At the same time the app is reporting that the camera is offline, the app is showing that the NVR is online and I am able to easily view all cameras on the app. But only through the NVR portion of the app. But I do not want to use the app to share the entire NVR/camera video system. I only want to share a couple of the cameras that are attached to the video system. Is there a way to share the NVR but blank out some of the cameras in the system to the shared viewers? Thank you for your help.
This app is ridiculous. Sharing is ridiculous the fact that I have to wait 10 minutes because of login error after putting in the right password is ridiculous
@@techagecctvcamera4350 so I finally was able to share it but I'm not sure aif anyone else has had this problem but after adding the app, we had log in attempts to multiple accounts from multiple locations on our social media and ebay accounts. I'm curious if anyone else has run into this problem?
me email is my name no number at icloud plz help ive no way to contact customer care no ibfo or libks for help in the app...i pay for the cloud service buy if i can't i guess reset ny password ill hv to switch services...i know i put in correct password and im not wanting to logout just to nor have any access whatsoever if theres ab internal or user error happening...please and thank you
It's too bad he goes too fast and the explanations is not quite clear and it goes so fast when you're older like me it's disappointing that you don't take time to explain things no more can't watch this one don't go too fast when you're 70 it's nice when things are explained a little bit better
This app is absolute crap.Once it works, once it doesn't.From sharing it works if you are on the wifi network with which you activated the camera.If you have two WiFi networks at home, the second one no longer refuses to work.There are a lot of problems with interruptions and the night alarm is not working properly, in short, the app is bullshit.

Icsee has updated to Icsee Pro and also to 5GSee.It is interesting that both versions work because normally 5g should not work as stated.Started normal Icsee still worked fine but when it was updated, problems arose.Terminating the wifi connection often requires password resets, etc.Alarm location detection refuses to turn on in short, the whole thing became useless.Yes, I contacted the manufacturer of the App, but to no avail.When I asked him which paid application works well on these cameras there was no further response from him.I was looking for a program to pay for it but I don't know which one is good for this camera.I tried some free ones but they didn't work at all.I could not connect the camera via wifi. Normally it can remote view anywhere if it always connect to internet.

If you add your camera on app at firslty, and your cameras always online, then you still can share to your family no matter where you are.

It is better to use icsee camera. Each camera has its own program to match different app.
I bought the system woth no storage, I connected usb , still I get message said no available storage for recording
