I have ADHD as well and I schedule meals- I have small breakfast, medium sized lunch and large dinners. I make myself eat a ton of snacks, but I am on a caloric surplus so you can adjust snacks as you see fit.
girl I've been struggling with ADHD for years and I barely started using nootropics and stress blends with L-theanine and rhodia rosea they're so effective in helping the busy brain part of adhd. for the first time, I feel like my brain can slow down and really focus and take things in, like there is a crossing guard directing the million thoughts in my mind. Also as a substitute for stimulants natural energy drinks with ginseng and guarana ( nothing with all those extra chemicals, just strictly natural guarana and ginseng) it gives me the kick I need, but the stress blends help keep my mind calm and easier to cope with burnout. I've also noticed I sleep much better as well. I wasn't diagnosed until my early 20s (I'm 29 now), and literally just trying this for a wek now has been a real game changer. Also I'm studying political science and journalism and seriously considering law school after undergrad. I'd love to talk with you and get advice for how to manage law school at an elite university with adhd. my goal is to attend and Ivy and I'd love your advice for juggling all the responsibilities of being a law student.
I've been on ADHD meds for over 5 years and what helped me regulate my appetite waking up 30 minutes or more before taking my meds so I had some time to develop an appetite. In the beginning, when I still wasn't hungry after an hour of waking up I would chug a protein shake. After a little while I started trying to have carbs (even have a bagel) and fruit 30 minutes after waking up then chugging a protein shake when I was least hungry around lunchtime! While it will be hard at first, it's also important to eat your dinner several hours before bed so that your body gets use to craving food right when you wake up. I wake up starving every day now. Hope that helps, love your videos so much!
Someone else already mentioned it but having a set time for when to eat and meal prepping helps ALOT. I typically set an alarm for lunch and dinner when I'm taking my ADHD meds. Also, most meals taste bland or unappetizing to me when on my meds so I prefer dense, liquid based foods (like protein shakes, stews, soups) that I can eat quickly. Hope this helps - great vlog!
Thanks for the vlog, you're awesome and you are too cute! All of your fits were amazing!! I especially like the blue dress - incredible! Hope you feel better and I hate ( I know strong word but truth) bullies! This is the reason I was in the military and the reason I am going to law school. We must unite to end the tyranny. Have a great week!! Love to see you smiling btw.
With adhd meds, if I take them in the morning without breakfast I will feel dizzy and like I’m going to pass out. Need to have something, like a tea and oatmeal or an egg and an apple or a granola bar and a piece of fruit. Then a little bit more for lunch like a salad or zoodles or something. Then a big dinner. Also medical 🍁 that’s low impairing and specifically known for appetite support.
ADHD food hack that you kind of already did, but you can drink smoothies and JUICE. ALSO, you could probably get a paid sponsorship with the brand "Nama". They have a new juicer that's super cool
We wanna see you sitting!!!!!! This is where I get my motivation from, I need to see you productive even if it's the most boring thing ever🤧
okay I’ll put my bad posture on display for y’all 😂
I love watching your vlogs because as someone with executive dysfunction it makes me happy how you do all you do while having ADHD
I’m glad you’re enjoying them 💕💕

Where did you get so much discipline when it comes to your fitness? Serious goals girl
For me I’m motivated by the “dream” body. I know that I have to work to look I want to, so that motivates me to keep going. Hope that helps :)
