Altman is the best part of the show. Tracy thinks she is prettier that what she really is. Flagg is just too grumpy. The Brits I can take or leave (just ok). Altman has really come into his own. And I love the fact he showed emotion regarding losing his dog Diego (very touching moment). Altman seems like just a good guy. Well done bro.

I have just been a binge and watched all of your videos, great content!. BTW I noticed you aren't running any Facebook ads for your listings. You would be able to have a catalog with all your listings and Facebook will show your listings to people looking to buy a house and automatically recommend specific listings to them based on data points like their salary and where they live, Airbnb is currently using that system to rent out houses. Let me know if you need help setting that up :)
Oh my goodness....for sure all this is absolutely luxurious and impressive...but it's just way too much for someone like me. I would never buy a car like that..as it's just too, too much...but yet must admit....I certainly would love a one time ride, just to see how it is! I'm 70...so I can't take too much over the top stuff...! But still young at heart and would love at least a one time ride and what an experience that would be!

7455 Hillside is a nice home, but a tough sell. It’s been on and off the market for years. Kick ass views, but there isn’t much margin for error being right on the edge of that mountain. Have driven past it many times.

Funny how the arrogant narcissistic egotistical Altman brothers are now focused on San Diego and Orange County now that Freddie Eiland moved to LA... BTW 7455 hillside drive has been on and off the market since 2015 , it’s vastly over priced , not worth more than 8.9 with limited parking on a very narrow street. Also 9811 black gold rd, hasn’t sold because next to it is a school and commercial properties in a very loud area ...another over priced house .
Couldn't agree more ! I looked at 7455 Hillside , ZERO space for on-street parking for guests, 3 small car garage and you can barely fit a car outside on the driveway, that house has had more realtors trying to sell it , that Trump has had hookers/porn stars & affairs in the last 5 years, it was 1st listed at 17.8M now it's down to 12.8, it needs to be at 7.75-8.5m at best to sell it. The furniture that's included is FUGLY as well, don't care how much the designer paid to make it, it's FUGLY furniture.
