How do you fish for them ? Whenever i go out for them we use really heavy jigs like 100-200 gr usually the ones that light work better and we slow jig for them , also many people use powerful light at the boat to attract more of them to the fishing location. Curious what your doing

I don't fish open ocean or for squid, but I would imagine small jigs like you mentioned or Bait like small fish cuts
