On the tanning just wear mineral sunscreens , at least on your face, you two are good looking, save your looks! you can literally stay the same looking after yourself internally and externally at 45 plus, its women who age, that menopause hits there skin hard! The same doesnt happen with guys, the difference normally isnt seen though because men dont look after there skin generally
