- Crispy Chicken Peanut salad
I bag of Peanut & Crispy Noodle salad kit from Trader Joes.
Dump salad into bowl. Add the noodles, peanuts and peanut sauce. Mix well.
Add cut up grilled chicken thighs (find recipe for grilled chicken thighs on the channel)
Top with chopped green onions.
Easy breezy and dinner is ready.
