Every day is a battle of keeping myself calm & constantly reminding myself not to take things personally I try to not let it get to me but it’s so hard . It doesn’t help that I’m also a Gemini moon . Overthinking every emotion that’s deeply felt just results in isolation. I hurt very easily & it’s exhausting. I get through life by setting goals & gifting myself for my goals . Constantly doing the things that I love to do . Leaving & walking away when I need to regardless of what I’m told . If I’m not feeling it & I know I’m going explode soon I walk away . I don’t pressure myself to be like anyone else . I know I’m hurt to the max right now so I calm down then I confront the situation or just evaluate what it meant then let it be . It’s up to you.

Sun moon mars in cancer, this amazingly describes my inner dynamics. Sports regulates the emotions. I just find the biggest strongest guy and channel all those emotions towards competition😆😆 next thing u know am the biggest guy😆 I thrive in competition. As am growing my biggest competitor now is me. This is tough one.

It’s hard when your mother was the opposite, cold, emotionally manipulative, judgmental etc. My role model was my grandmother who was cancer but I grew to be closed off, blunt kinda and not trust a damn soul. I realize thanks to this video my repressed wishes are everything I decided was out of the picture : even having children or being in a relationship or sharing a good home? Sadly ive repressed all these emotions to stay safe
