50 g of sugar.
pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
125 g of yogurt
60 ml of vegetable oil
2 eggs
orange peel
the stuffing
250 g of ricotta or custard
chocolate chips
1 tablespoon icing sugar
Cover and set aside for an hour
Cover again and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
1 egg yolk + 2 teaspoons milk.
Brush with the egg mixture.
