Nice video! I begin the same way as you, but I still regrip in the middle and do the rest just as you did with your old Gc-alg. With this execution you can do the regrip while doing the U-move with a push with your left index finger, which works really well IMO.
I've been doing it this way with a slight variation at the end. It's definitively better than the double regrip one. I'll try to get your variation nailed as it seems better on paper, but it's not a given that it can be made consistent in practice.
As a compromise between optimal speed and comfort/riskiness, you can finger trick Gc by starting the R2' U' R U' R U R' the same way, then do the the next move (U) with a left index push and do a soft regrip with the right hand putting, RH thumb on back, then do R2, then (U D') with right hand index & ring, then finish the R U' R' D normally. This is the way I've been doing it. It's near the same speed as the regripless way in the video, but feels much less awkward.

@Jperm I do the Gc this way and you can give a try on this: I do the D at the very beginning so I can regrip for the R2', then normal U', set my right index ready for a U' flick when doing R, then R and pinch U, R' and left index U push, set my right thumb on the bottom right corner and do R2, then U with right thumb drag and left ring D' push, R with right thumb and index roll, at last normal U' and R' I hope it is clear enough for you to understand what I mean:D

I use the R2F2-G-Perm. I admittedly regrip my right thumb to the top beforehand, but then the rest is regripless. I wrist R2, then use the Eido-Fingertrick for the F2 (pull with the right index on UFR, then push RFD), then after the R, I do a backhand index finger push on FRU (push with the right index fingernail and all the way through until your right index is flush with the back of the cube), then R, U2 with a lefty doubleflick, R', F pulled with the right thumb. At this point, you are back in homegrip and can execute the rest of the alg just like the beginning of the T-Perm.

In the last Last part of the alg where you have to like do the last insert You can just role The R2 upwards and stop in home grip, I think its probably slower if you get good at the one you mentioned but this way is alot easier to get used to and is less risky.
Great stuff! For me, after that ring drag, I think I'll just try doing the rest of the alg the old way since the regripping hand is pretty much at the position where it needs to be.

In the end though I just stopped using the old way altogether and just did the U D' by pushing with both my left index and ring fingers. I've been avoiding that for a while since it felt so awkward but I personally think it flows better, and it also comes in handy for the other G perm AUFs.

Actually, R2 F2 R U2 R U2 R’ F R U R’ U’ R’ F R2 works out well. While your left hand is doing the U moves, you can regrip or just change the position of thumb, index and middle finger. It’s quite fast and doesn’t feel awkward at all once you’re used to it

That’s a good alg, though you should try to learn this alg that he showed in this video so you can solve it from multiple angles in LL. Also, try to use and apostrophe (this thing: ‘) for prime moves instead of the slightly outdated, “i.”

I tried practicing this one as well, and the wide moves get me every time. Sometimes one of my fingers unintentionally gets in the way, and the switch between single/wide moves needs to be super accurate. I like the RUD one personally but I can see this one being really fast too.
I use another alg I put the 2 pieces in my front. Then I start with my thumb on top of the cube R2' F2 R U2 R U2' R F (R U R' U') R' F R2 I put the ' to be easier to see what fingertrick I use. There's only the initial regrip. What do you think?

Those are some crazy finger tricks! I might consider adopting some of those techniques. Have you tried a regripless version of Gd as well?
For Gd I've been doing the first 3 moves regripless, then regripping during U' D
