NEW IRELAND - MADAK KASTAM

Traditionally people of Madak in New Ireland Province has a unique way of cooking /preparing food (mumu), especially for occasions like wok kastam, funeral ceremonies etc. This method has been handed down generations after generations by our ancestors and it is called LAWALA (mumu).👋
All these footage was taken using iphone 8 during my late grandfather's 'burukim silip kaikai' in Lasigi village Madak in New Ireland Province.🌊🌴
