when I started working in lorry service, the company was just switching from the SK model to the Actros, the jump was big but I remember that the drivers liked this model
@@chrisdabrowski I remember when the firm my Grandad worked for did the same. I did like the first Actros, though my Grandad never did drive one, he stuck with his SK.

Always a good looking cab - I seem to remember it was designed to appear less 'threatening' to other road users.

@@WonderingWill87 the first actros models were called “Robur” 😜 (east Germany brand popular in the eastern bloc, also in Poland)……
