Congrats and thanks for making this detailed video. It would be great if you can talk about mortgage pricing and home viewing checklist, I would definitely watch that and share it with my friends!
I just bought a house (end unit of a townhome with 2 car garage) and it was up the hill from where I was living (so still have all the benefits like transit and such) here in NW Calgary. This video is great (if you are not familiar with the process and you guys are nailed it).
Congrats! Enjoy your new home. But a mortgage for 30 years, just that duration is a bit off-putting for me regardless of how beautiful the house is. I should be able to pay it off ASAP. I can do max 15 years, even this one is too long but hey:)
What if your return on investment with, let’s say stock market was greater than the interest you pay on the mortgage? Would you still strive to pay it off, or invest your extra cash elsewhere?
Congratulations, girls. Hope you more succes in your life. Is there any app like canadian home but for businesses? I want to rent or lease a grocery store in the GTA, but I don't know where to start frome.
Amazing! Really happy for you! I'd love to know more about the process, like the inspection and all that. Also, would be great if you could interview a realtor or just tell us yourselfs about all the crucial things to pay attention to or the mistakes to avoid. In general, it's reassuring that you could buy such a nice looking home even though you're both immigrants :) Wish the same to myself.
Hey im second stage law student i want to live in canada and study master degree but i dont have much money what should i do going to canada is very hard in my country i live in iraqi kurdistan it’s not safe and our goverment is very bad and dectator and they don’t follow i mean law is not the first one and at least i don’t have any talent to get visa work and roxham close please help me what shoul do i do
Congratulations on buying your new home! Really appreciate all the information you guys provide as it helps people visualize their future in Canada. Keep up the good work :D
Congratulations on your new home! it's big milestone for both of you. I'm also looking to buy home in GTA, mostly detached homes. Can you suggest or make a video on the good area having good school district (detach homes under USD1.1m)?
@@MakeThatChange I liked your videos very much, but I think I am missing in this video is to where I can search online platform where I can search houses for sale online listed, where we can find selling houses,. Thanks
Congratulations. Enjoy your entitlement and privilege! Look at the history of Canada over the last 100 years. Look at how much cheaper it is to buy à waterfront home in Nova Scotia and look at waterfront in British Columbia. Note the price difference since the mid -90’s. Note the property tax. Also note reverse racism. The cost of healthcare in the US or Mexico versus Canada. Note how many men came to Vancouver in the 1920’s and 1930’s because there was no work. They had a work camp here. The men built shacks near Main and Terminal. They also built the Peace Arch. Note the immigrant communities then versus now. Note how corporate monopolies and hedge funds have taken over many properties. Note how much real estate holdings the CMHC has presently. Note how banks use client’s savings as collateral/leverage. Note how businesses get lower interest rates. It’s great you’re trying to learn. Life has changed. Immigrants are necessary to do all work. Unfortunately only rich people or those with equity from parents or grandparents or foreign buyers are the only ones who can afford Toronto or Vancouver. Regina is more reasonable. There are so many variables having any biases is not worth judging. Until there are 1000% more homes built there is going to be a shortage. More people means longer healthcare waits. Richmond BC has a problem with anchor babies. Quebec is a province which collects more federal tax from Ottawa than it pays to Ottawa. It’s almost always been this way. BC, Ontario and Alberta have been the provinces which have paid the most in federal taxes. Small businesses especially pay a lot of taxes. The Canadian wheat board was dissolved when Stephen Harper was PM. He also took away the rights of Canadian citizens to have clean fresh water. Look at the free trade agreement Brian Mulroney signed in 1983. Most of the bitumen and fresh water goes to the US. They have first dibs over Canadians. I could carry on for days about facts and figures with many countries around the world. The bottom line is no country is without fault. Someone said they liked England. England has issues with the NHS. They have issues with racism. You can’t escape it in the 21st century and I’d suggest learning about mindfulness and stop comparing. Be positive as it’s the only way you’re going to be healthier in the long run. You can touch on Artificial Intelligence, data mining, cashless society. The way Canadian bitumen is refined in the US and is 1/3 of the prices paid in Canada. You can see cheaper dairy in Quebec. So many variables there’s not enough time in this life to worry about attaching emotions to suppositions. Love your family, friends and others and connect with others because when you’re old you’ll appreciate all those people. That’s the bottom line of life. Connection and universal love. Easier to say than do. Good luck or if you don’t believe in luck? Make good choices and discipline for your subconscious because humans are subconsciously wired to survive. To survive we have to protect. To protect there is a basis of fear coming from the limbic part of our brains. It is subconscious to judge who is at a better station in life. Everyone we meet we judge, until we realize it’s subconsciously built in. Fear, ego, guilt and shame are all connected. Live your truth. Love and give anonymously without expectations and you’ll have a better life. Apologies I cannot put all the sources for my personal information. If you do your research and can translate into English you’ll be fine and you’ll arrive at a place in life which isn’t full of judgement, impatience, and complaints

What home utility do you use for electricity, water, home insurance, internet and mobile services all in 1
I’m afraid it doesn’t exist. There are separate companies for each, depending on the region you want to live in
@@MakeThatChange sounds very challenging to open 6 different accounts including collecting bins for home utilities.
