I had Greg for less than a week and I'm already in love with him. It's hilarious seeing him go from his usual coolness to pathetically lame. Hell's Chicken is half the video and the reason why I made this.

The fact that half of the video is Hell's Chicken and how dirty Gregor was done was hillarious
The reason why I started compiling these was because of how badly everyone was kicking him around in Hell's Chicken

As someone who’s only read The Metamorphosis of the Sinners’ literary references, I am SO HAPPY that the guy repping one of my fave short stories ever is a pathetic babygirl war criminal. Instant fave
This is why he's my fave as well. It's also nice to see Gregor pathetic in a way where it isn't too depressing
Each chapter is supposed to be a emotional train for 1 sinner, but Gregor takes emotional damages in all of them.
except chapter 2, Rodion is jist like "oh yeah this is my chapter heres some flashbacks, now rhat thats done lets bully gregor"
I still can't get over how good the voice actor was at portraying Gregor getting all cocky when he fed his dish to the distortion. Absolute perfect set up for him to get dunked on again.
This isn't even all his fail moments:
-his announcer voiceline where he says "I'll do my best...hey, who just said they won't listen to a bug?"
-his homescreen line when he tries to offer Dante a cigarette and then remembers Dante doesn't have a mouth
-when he asks Dante for lens cleaner, and then when he sees Dante doesn't have any he just says "Just be grateful you don't have to wear glasses"
-his Liu Assoc. uptie cutscene where a bunch of ruffians roast his appearance
he's so girlfail I love him. he's so pathetic.
And Liu Gregor responded via a literal roasting.
I knew I would forget a few things. Whenever enough new story content is added, I'll try to get these into the next Gregor fails video

Here's a funfact, Gregor and Rodya's VA is the same as Sol Badguy and Jack'O from Guilty Gear Strive
Both love and hate when Ishmael betrayed Gregor on Hell's Kitchen event. My poor Greg boy was about to distort on the spot he just couldn't believe his eyes.
I guess her Reindeer identity was affecting her decision making that day.

Bro became a cockroach against his will and was mortified that he woke up as such, a fate worse than death for some
Finally got all his IDs and I noticed there's a roach friend present in all them. Gregor the guy who hates roaches more than anything, lmao
The cockroach is a multidimensional constant lol
Being completely honest, I don't think Gregor hates bugs. Rather they trigger his PTSD as he seems to associate bugs with his fellow G-Corp members and what happened during and after the smoke war. That's why he suffers significant SP Damage if you choose to kill the cockroaches in that one dungeon event.
It's possible that he just associates that particular cockroach with someone from G-Corp, most likely Tomah, as the events of the dungeon are born from Gregors memories. Meaning, Gregor knew the real Tomah, and judging by the events of the story, feels especially guilty about what occured to him, as they were a new, still optimistic recruit who'd been thrust unawares into the Smoke War, and likely been one of the troops Gregor commanded.
I dunno. It does also recontextualise a lot of the random speeches and attempts to 'take charge' he makes as well, as Memory Tomah, and much likely many of the real G-Corp members, viewed him like Captain America, a person who WOULD take charge, and make Morale Boosting Speeches. I think he's still coping with the fact he isn't that war hero they all view him as.
@@ForgottenFafnir I do think his comrades also being associated with bugs would make him conflicted on his thoughts toward them since he doesn't hate G Corp, as shown with his Tomah dialogue. He does seem to hold disgust for the ones that live like bugs and abandoned their humanity. In the logs he wrote about the Golden Apple, it was mentioned that during the battle he was reminded of what it felt like to be a pest and that broke him. Even if it isn't hate, Gregor doesn't seem to be fond of them either.
Greg seeing that roach and associating it with Tomah makes sense on why he'd let it be near him all the time. But I like the idea that that roach is just a little guy that follows him around and Gregor just has no idea it's there, lol.
I agree it's likely that his attempts at random speeches and taking charge was due to G Corp members viewing him as a hero. It's pretty clear how much the others respected him. Gregor couldn't see himself as the person in the war flyers, yet he still had to play that role for the morale of G Corp during the Smoke War.
