Loving abs and mobility! But we forgot to stretch our core during the cooldown portion 😂 Had to add a few more stretches so I won’t be in agony tomorrow.

Out of curiosity, what would a program tailored to your needs look like for that month? I’m wondering how different it will be from other workouts. Do you need it shorter? Low impact?
@alina_s_w actually there is no significant difference, when fasting we may reduce the cardio intensity a little. We prefer resistance training, by adjusting the weight of the dumbbells. I need a full program for one month, so I just have to follow it. We have to be smarter about managing our time for exercise, we can do it after eating sahur or before breaking the fast. It's just that when fasting, we avoid high impact cardio, we prefer resistance training. And for cardio we prefer low impact. For the duration of the workout 30-40 minutes is still safe.
I like the 10 second break format - keeps the sweat going. Thanks!
