Yea it is! I played war band and there is a lot of new features and better graphics. More kingdom building aspects

Looks like he has player damage quite low based on the number of hits he takes in the video - tanking 4 guys at once on realistic with early gear is not a thing!
Looks like a 3d version of that life is fuedal internet game i used to play when i was 13 or 10 or something. Except with more dialogue and fun.
