Star finger (better hitbox, goes where the camera is facing not where his stand is, 25 dmg and combo extends if u ladder) 4. ORA! (Same as old move but is a regular hit with good reach, instead of where if ur opponent is too close it just misses) Mode: Final ORA! (Same as old, but does 50 dmg and has effects just mentioned, this is the punch that kille dio is it does loads of dmg) Stand rush (kept the same) Timestop (kept the same) Stand leap (kept the same)

M1’s being better does nothing for him it’s definitely a upgrade but his kit is quite bad 15 damage combo extender which is ur only guard break a tiny hit box mid range move and a barrage that most people walk out of even with the buff awakening is decent solid C- to D depending on the player considering some chars are so brain dead
He's really not all that bad. He's definitely worse than he was pre m1 changes aswell as before his stand defense was nerfed. just because he doesn't have a 100-0 hes still a solid character you can easily win with
also nano, u can downslam attack cancel star finger and use ora/ stand barrage so u dont need to spam star finger and q dash at the end of the barrage ( m1s downslam ora m1s downslam starfinger stand rush/ m1s downslam star finger ora m1s standrush)
if you think about it the M1’s having less range is good cause of the stand hitboxes high risk high reward meaning now he has no reward but not that big a risk

the reason why you feel that way in 9:14 is because the stand is only representing how much range you have, pretty much pre-buff fist m1s
