I see that Marvel Comics Presents WOLVERINE #1. Finally seeing a comic collectible makes me feel that geeks can be stylish… went from Jordan’s to Chelsea boots!!!
Since I currently work in a retail warehouse (a job I'm probably sticking with for the foreseeable future), I don't yet have much need for formal or business wear, except for rare special occasions. Meanwhile, what little I do have of that kind is from my old days at H&R Block, and still serves well; it really doesn't need much more than a sport coat and a few more ties in my closet.
My current need is for well-made, long-lasting working clothes that have a flattering style (something I'm actually getting well-known for among my female co-workers). And recently, I've been able to start adding to that stockpile in earnest, getting stuff that I've wanted and/or needed for years. This has included high-quality shirts, pants, jeans, and even socks from places like LL Bean, Duluth Trading Company, and so on, but in the future, I may need some help searching for "classier" items, whether at thrift stores, online, or at other kinds of sellers.
My only certainties in shopping are that it absolutely has to fit me, and ideally should feel really, really good to wear, or even to take on and off! It also needs to last me a while, and to look appropriate in an understated way that seems to by my style. However, all of this requires being able to try stuff on in person, something that isn't always feasible, or to know well in advance what I already want. The fact is, I need either a coach or a partner of some kind to help me with more formal menswear, and that's hard to find.
Thanks for this, Antonio! A very helpful video! I didn't have a fire, but did have to rebuild my wardrobe from scratch after significant weight loss. I have built it back up over a couple of years, and took advantage of the opportunity to change and upgrade my style to the kind of style I want to be wearing. I didn't do it perfectly, but I think I've done it pretty well, and now have a fairly complete wardrobe that does what I want it to. I'm still adding the occasional piece to it- I'd like a few more options in terms of sports coats and suits, as well as accessories, etc. And I'm adding some statement pieces, but the core is there- interchangeable, fitting well.

I have a question Antonio should I wear 100 % polyester suits because I'm very comfortable in polyester suits are I usually wear them with two buttons double vents single pleated pants or flat front pants and the dress pants sizes are between 50 regular and 52 regular the hemm is 32 long

if you don t need it don t buy white shirts , you need to wash them every time you wear them , will stain with everything , will turn yellow and will look old wery fast , buy black grey or blue
I wear nothing but turrtle necks, with slacks and nice dress shoes, no matter what the occasion is, I always fit the part. Job interview✅ wedding✅ date night✅ going out for drinks✅ funeral✅. I have a nice blazer I spent a lot of money on and I only wip that out for big events.

Another trick i use since i suck at matching colors is think what sports teams have these two colors together . Usually if the team has the colors they go together since I suck at matching colors lol
Overall I feel good about my wardrobe. Over the past year, though, I’ve been upgrading my boots, watches, and pens.
Because I am a small man and therefore hard to fit, this type of scenario especially worries me. I only have a few pairs of shoes that are actually small enough for my feet, but I had to wait ages to get each pair. A lot of my hats are discontinued models, as are most of my neckties. I couldn't imagine the torment and anguish I'd feel if my wardrobe were destroyed. Back in my haberdashing days, I helped a customer rebuild his wardrobe after having an extended stay in the hospital. He told me that he was in a coma, and, evidently, the family was losing hope for his survival, because, when he came out of the coma, his brother was wearing his shoes, and his cousin was wearing one of his hats -- *they had already divided up and dispensed his belongings in anticipation of his death.*

Agreed, but i recommend keeping materials in mind. Going for synthetics can cause health side effects, so make sure to look for 100% cotton!

Thanks to you I finally switched my clothing style from oversized to fitted.
Im 32 and look really young for my age and the oversized clothing style really suits me, its strange but somehow I felt like I wasn’t grown up or im stuck in my teenage years so I started tucking in my fitting shirt and took my light brown cotton pants and strapped a belt around it and WOW
I looked in the mirror and saw a man.
I liked it straight away and I have a lot of new clothes to buy now, but it's definitely a game changer.
I went to dinner with my girlfriend last Friday and she liked my new look and people are definitely looking at me differently than before. I felt comfortable and it was a great feeling. Right now I'm learning what shirts, pants, shoes, belts, colors and cotton fabrics I need to create a whole new wardrobe
