By the bowels of Christ I beseech thee! Don't scrub up and down like a manual brush. Let the brush do the oscillating and simply guide the head from tooth to tooth. Work one quadrant of your mouth at a time and work from the gum margin to the top. Use gentle pressure to avoid excess wear on the enamel. There are some good instructions and videos online and your hygienist will help you tailor your technique to meet your dental needs.

These points are all so true. Especially on not wanting to fail. Failure is painful. Failure in uncomfortable. But one bit of wisdom that I have been given before is:
Comfort is a slow death, do not seek to be comfortable, there is no growth in comfort.
I have been living by that motto, and it has been serving me well. I still face challenges, but by Gods grace, He pulls me through. Great video Antonio!

Be careful not to fall into the trap of "I'm a man, I should be everything, do everything, decide everything, and take all the blame for the household and family failures."
I did that to myself for a long time and tried to put everything on my shoulders and control everything. Yes my wife, a home maker, was doing much of the house chores, but I did not lean on her as an advisor on my professional and emotional decisions. Having her be a more intrinsic part of my decision making process has helped make me a better father, worker, and man. I am more emotionally available to others now, especially my children, and I am able, therefore, to help people better than I could before.

Great video Antonio! These days masculinity it seems is almost reflexively devalued in popular culture, and young men without strong male role models in their lives aren't seeing anything in media that accurately reflects the principles of manhood (i.e. what you've got to do to BE a man). I see it as my duty to set the example, but that only helps others when others are actually watching. Breaking it down like this is a great way to introduce boys an young men to life strategies that will set them on the right path and keep them going in the direction they need to go. Well done!

Great advice, as always, Antonio. However, you do know that this advice applies to a neurosurgeon and a heroin dealer, right?
Since you mentioned the concept virtue, let's start with "the good." What makes something good? When you figure that out, then all other virtues will fall into place and this video will make total sense. If you have no idea how to define "the good" or "what is good", then this video is just as good for a bank robber as it is for a college professor.
I think it's time to start educating others on what is good and forget all of that nonsense about "whatever I feel is right is good for me."

One thing that's important about being a man is not being afraid of conflict. There comes a time when you just have to stand up for yourself or others. I've met some guys who are just sooooo polite and turn themselves into pretzels to appease an azzhole. I'm just 5'-6" and am already at a disadvantage when it comes to a fight, but when that anger hits, it doesn't matter. I turn into the hulk. Okay, I'm kidding about the Hulk, but as men, we have to be willing to protect ourselves and each other. That's why you should also own a firearm.

I'm a man. If I tell a young man how- based exclusively on my own experience- to be a good person, there is no useful distinction between, "person," and, "man." It saves time and confusion- let alone untruths- if I use the word, "man," and refrain from speaking whereof I know not.

For a more complete answer: Regardless of what you've been told, recently, by all manner of new wave radical socialist denominations- in order to maintain effective communication, collaboration, and cooperation in a functional society, context does- and always shall- matter. If words have malleable meaning, then nobody is honor-bound by their word. A world without definitions is a world without honesty. Consider what meaning there could be in a world without honesty, and then make efforts to think, speak, and act accordingly.
