Bro, love what you're doing. You make great, educational videos and they are really helping me in progressing my game forwards. I share your videos all the time! I just started summer lax, after taking nearly 5 years off after high school and I'm going D3, but the game has changed so much! (even though I've played year round since 1st grade, I've found that the techniques and skills used in the game are significantly different than they were 5-6 years ago!) Much love, please keep it up.
Great video. I will use some this when coaching. Directing energy with the step at goal instead of left/right is a key to getting shot velocity and accuracy
Deception is the difference between a good and great player. Using your eyes/hands/feet/chest to get the goalie to hesitate makes it so much easier to score. Maybe the most important skill for any offensive player
His hands are very high at the jump shot off the wing. While your hands are too low. If you guys meet in the middle that's perfect height for maintain the ball on the run and through the jump. But what do I know. Im just a guy who played with pros and D1 guys alike. Just tips, use'em or don't tis your choice.
we need more of these
This video is secretly filled with gold for young players. Great job!
Your enthusiasm and joy is amazing, keep that up, genuinely
