I saw everyone of her movies eventually and loved the 5 years the Doris Day Show ran (1968-1973)...she was offered another 5 yr. renewal but semi retired after working non stop all her life. Look up the 2 Doris Day TV Specials in the 1970's (one with Perry Como....great!)

I loved Frank and Doris in this movie. Near TheEnding of the movie Frank,s Car Crash Scene, made me cry.And miss matched of coupling. ,but they got together.
This is a remake of the silver screen classic film, "Four Daughters." Love is everlasting, PERIOD!!! The women and men's fashions...very elegant and classy!!! And, you did not have to be wealthy these beautiful clothes at all. I myself was born in the year 1953. My family and close relatives used to wear these clothes. Sharp as a razor...just BEAUTIFUL!!! Look at the everyday fashions today. Back then, you were considered an absolute slob. My mother used to wear those gorgeous, even casual outfits, exactly like the ones you see in the movie. Perhaps one day, these fashions will return.
