They did not do the OST, but they did do a cover. It's great, the anime is too. Zombieland Saga is the tale of an Idol group who are all Zombies. Saga is the prefecture that the story is focused.
@@GOTGames tbh if u enjoy they first part from Suisei may want to look up her cover of Superfly, first song that got me into her and id argue its her best recorded song excluding Stella Stella
the anime is called "Zombieland Saga" "Saga Jihen" is a insert song during the anime. SO this is just a cover Hololive did actually sung an official ANime ending song tho sung by Aqua, Subaru and Nene Anime is called "Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai!" Song name is Tsumari wa Itsumo Kujikenai! by Negi U ( the Unit name for Aqua/Subaru/Nene)
Polka and AZKi also performed the opening for Glass Hime to Kagami no Juusha. edit: apparently that's a game lol that's on me for not doing my research i just knew they sang the op for something
I believe Nene did a voice for one of the anime, I 'think' it was The World's Finest Assassin Gets Recinarnated (I butchered the title but ya'll know what I meant)
@@MegaApostel yeah I think 3-5 of hololive members lent their voices in Little witch Nobeta as bosses, korone + marine and pekora lent their voices for a voiceover special for this one mobile game's anime cutscene, people joked about how marine voiced like a dozen characters in the same clips cuz of her range.
Yup. The original is excellent too. It shows the singer has the song completely under control. Hard to find the video on YT with the original opening but last time I checked a while ago, there was a low rez video of the opening on Niconico.
Zombieland Saga is one of my personal favorites musical animes from the last time. A really great series and now waiting for the third season or whatever the director has in store
What a blast from the past, can't believe this cover is almost three years old now. The time sure flies by. Anyway, it's a cover from a song from the anime Zombieland Sage, which to my knowledge (I haven't watched it) is a music anime, so has a lot of songs. Certainly the original Suisei flex song with that intro, one of the biggest covers in Hololive. When we're already at older songs, let me throw in some Hololive classics: Suisei's very first original song, "comet", will show just how much she has grown as a singer (technically not a Hololive classic, because it released in her indie days, but I think it counts) You've watched Your Name, you know the song "スパークル/Sparkle", Ookami Mio has covered this song and it's one of the most beautiful covers. A true classic. Another cover of super fun song is Sora's and Roboco's cover of "リモコン/Rimokon/Remote Control" with a great MV as well. (Towa and Nene have also covered this song quite recently) And one of my personal favorites, Aki Rosenthal's cover of "I Believe" is just beautiful. I really love her voice in this and it's a very early cover.
The Legendary Suiflex cover where Suisei has a whole gen as backup singers. This cover is definitely responsible for a percentage of people in the west getting into hololive, not just a few thousand, legit a percentage with how prolific this cover is as a gateway song to listen to. Legit got me into Hololive way back, where Calli had my curiosity this cover got my attention.
I still have to recommend Shallys by Aki Rosenthal. It's such an underrated song for an Hololive original. (Also you might want to take a look at FFXIV trailers cutscene, both the songs and visual will blow your mind)
Suisei's voice is so powerful in this song especially. Another amazing mix of holo members and a great song is "Bad End Night"! It has Calli, Ina, Kronii, Ollie, and more that I dont want to spoil. You should check it out!
Saga Jihen is a weird case because its a cover of an anime song, but they released it before it actually appeared in the anime. In an unrelated note, Zombie Land Saga is a really good show, totally recommend it. It's also very different from any anime you watched on the channel. I think that anyone who enjoys hololive would also probably enjoy ZLS. The OPs are also really good.
It is an anime song from ZLS, but : - it wasn't featured in the anime itself, but a seperate MV uploaded to TH-cam - once the hololive cover showed up, everyone forgot about the original
There were people who insisted that Franchouchou original was miles ahead of this Suisei/Fantasy cover, but I watched a video of Franchouchou performing it on live stage, and she was struggling big time. It seems that she really needed all the help available in a recording studio, but Suisei can just dance her heart out on stage and yet sing like there's no tomorrow.
This cover is from a extremly great idol anime "Zombieland Saga". It's a gem, can recommand every song and especially "Gekkou Survive". Just watch the Openings and a few songs, you wont regret it.
Zombieland Saga was an idol anime where the group, Franchouchou, were zombies. Most of the episodes have a focus on one of the members and they get a personal original song at the end. Saga Jihen was the song of the more mature geisha zombie who has alluded to being the geisha that was instrumental in the establishing of the Saga city and this was her song
Saga Jihen is part of the OST of Zombie Land Saga, an anime from some years ago (btw, the title is actually a pun). When it came out made a big sensation and since it was a anime with idols, guess it caught the eyes of a Suisei&co and they did a cover of one of the best songs. Actually the anime has many good songs of different styles. Also, yes, you must watch it now.
Zombieland Saga is about a dude (voiced by the same person who voices Okabe Rintarou from Steins;Gate) who revives idols who died young as zombies and makes them a unit made to promote the Saga region of Japan. My favorite song from them is Atsuku Nare but they have a bunch of good songs. Hololive Recommendations: -Shallys by Akiroze -Little Bit by Robocosan -Hakujitsu covered by Matsuri and Rikka -Phony covered by Suisei.
Zombieland Saga is an idol anime that deconstructs all of the traditional idol norms while also celebrating them at the same time. It's an absolutely fantastic and emotional anime that covers sensitive topics such as dealing with death, gender identity, and past traumas. But also a very comedic and often lighthearted tone and it knows balance both the comedic and serious moments. It's one of the only idol animes I've heard of where one of the girls has canonically had lots of sex in the past and has killed multiple people. This song even "Saga Jihen" the lyrics are about a courtesan, which is basically a japanese high class prostitute and entertainer, singing about how she wants the man she loves to come and see her so they can have sex. I absolutely think you should watch it but I kinda doubt it'll win any polls because it's kinda an underrated anime due to it be an idol anime. But hey if you ever want to dip your toes into an idol anime I absolutely think you should check it out. There's 2 12 episode seasons and there's supposed to be a movie coming out at some point in the future
This is just a cover, the song is from the Zombieland Saga anime, and I cannot recommend the music from that anime enough, whether you prefer to watch the whole show or just the songs I know you will have a blast, they even did concerts that were amazing as well. I still like the original Saga Jihen better but it was great to see such a well produced cover from Zombieland Saga made by Hololive talent.
While this one just happened to be a cover of the existing song from the anime Zombie Land Saga (a show literally about a group of reanimated zombie girls that become an idol group and have to keep up appearances so people won't learn they're really a bunch of zombies, it's fun), there is an anime ending that WAS done by a group of Hololive members. Look up the first ending to the anime "The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated" (the song is called "Tsumari wa Itsumo Kujikenai!") which is credited to the group "Hololive NEGI☆U", a group comprised of Nene, Subaru, and Aqua! It's super fun! Back to this song, though. Boy, Suisei really went ham on this one. This cover really let her show just how great a singer she is. This jazz style suits Suisei VERY well, which can also be seen in several songs from her new album "Specter". I do have to make one correction, though. As a trumpet player, I would be remiss not to point out that the solo instrument going into the breakdown that you said was a saxophone actually is a muted trumpet. 😂(It's pretty common to mistake a harmon-muted trumpet for a saxophone in a lot of cases.) Great video, dude!
The 411: there's an anime named Zombieland Saga, about a group of idol singers from various eras brought back to life (as zombies). They're used to make banger concerts and promote the Saga prefecture. It's one of those shows that have a fun high concept and execute it amazingly well. During the lull between the show's two seasons, they released the Saga Jihen song to... I forget. Promote the Bluray? Something like that. This is the song Suisei and the Gen 3 girls covered. The second season has an episode that gives the song some context.
First of all 07 my dear necromancer. Secondly, this song is so good "Zombie saga" is good . And I would recommend to listen the murasaki shion keroperos song, it is one of my favorite song of all time from hololive And Shylla by Aki Rosenthal, she is one of the best dancers if not the best one ever
Saga Jihen is an insert song (and to an extent a character song) of the anime Zombieland Saga. The song was featured in an episode during season 2, but the song itself was released to the public before season 2 had begun. Zombieland Saga itself is an original anime created by MAPPA (the same studio which did the Attack on Titan seasons after season 3) as a parody on the other idol genre anime. The story revolves around a group of girls who were revived as zombies and was requested to become idols in order to boost the name of Saga, a prefecture in Japan. Saga Jihen is one of the songs sung by this group of zombie girls. As you could see, the anime is full of different kind of music, including raps and jazz etc. It's a very comedic anime yet also wholesome in most parts. While you'd understand the tropes a lot better if you've watched more other anime, particularly the other idol anime, Zombieland Saga itself is funny and self-contained to be enjoyed by anyone (my mom loves it). What Suisei and the rest of the gen 3 did there was a cover (well you know what a cover is, so I'm not gonna bother explaining). They didn't sing the original song.
this is actually the first Suisei song I've heard! I was like, "I know this 5 girls from Holo Fantasy but who's the lead vocal? I like her voice a lot!! "
It will take a long time to react to all hololive songs, especially since they are constantly releasing more, but I'm here for it and I would say you should react to SSS, Shiney Smiley Story, there are a few versions, the original, one sung by just Suisei, and one they did recently with the newer girls, up to you which you pick they are all really good. Though YOASOBI, Monster cover by Suisei, Subaru, Sora, Koyori, Polka and Chloe is also so good, you will definitely like it. It is so fun watching you delve deeper into this rabbit hole, and I'm sure you will love it, you may reach the void but don't worry, we have cookies courtesy of our priestess.
This song hits so much harder if you know the story behind it which was told at the end of season 2 of Zombieland Saga. The song tells of one of Franchouchou’s member who’s name is Yugiri. I definitely recommend watching Zombieland Saga if you like music anime.
After you've reacted to this, I have a recommendation: "Interact Fantasia" is the original song by Hololive 3rd Gen. which is Marine, Pekora, Noel, Flare and the pett... cute necromancer Rushia. It's a very significant song for the generation ❤️💙🤍🧡💚
This is just a Hololive classic, the whole generation 3, Marine, Pekora, Noel, Flare and Rushia are there with Suise (Gen 0). You just started to enjoy the rabbit hole, but at this point there is no turning back, nice to see you are just enjoying it to the fullest. Once again, I will recommend for the 3DMV Shallys of Aki Rosenthal, for me is one of the best original songs from Hololive, is just pure magic.
You should definitely should listen/watch the full original version of "Saga Jihen", if you can with its original music video, though unfortunately its not available official online anywhere as far as I can find. There are clips for the version as it appear in the show but its shorter and lacking the original work done for the standalone MV. You should also do the _crazy_ openings and (tamer) endings of the Zombieland Saga show itself!
zombieland saga is the only idol anime i would reccomend to people who don't like idol anime, because i liked it, despite not having interest in idol anime, it is so weird and it works. That motivated me to watch other idol animes like love live (the one with honoka) and miss monochrome and liked them too.
the song is from the anime zombie land saga, this is a cover from suisei and her powerful voice works really well with the song. The MV level of detail was a huge surprise at the time of release, it was probably the only one with such a nice level of production compared to all the other holomembers' cover MVs
Zombieland Saga is a very wholesome anime about a high school girl who runs into a group immortal ladies that are idol material. She then continues to fulfill her dream of becoming an idol with these "zombies" in the not very urbanized location of Saga, hence the name, Zombieland Saga. Then, after becoming an idol, and spending time with her immortal idol friends, the main character definitely continues to live her life as a normal high school girl. 😃
It's cover of an insert song from the anime Zombieland Saga. Sang by Suisei and the entire hololive generation 3 aka HoloFantasy. Right now, they have only 4 members instead of 5 because one left (Rushia, the short green one) last year.
Funny you should mention that zombieland movie There was actually a cross promotion collaboration between "zombie land saga" and "zombieland: double tap" for the movie's release in japan I guess the coincidentally similar names wasn't lost on the marketing teams
You definitely need to check out "Synchronicity III" cover by Aoi Sora and Moona. It's such an amazing song that completely flew under the radar of most fan because it's was released on Aoi Sora channel and HoloID was still in their growing phase. With under 200k views which is criminally low.
Everyone's talking about the anime but not the song; The song is about it's title name, the Saga Jihen (Incident of Saga), where a rebellion was brewing, but was stamped out quickly when they started rebelling. In the Zombieland Saga story, one of the zombie girls was a key figure of the rebellion and was executed for her part. Also there's a fair bit of talk of Rushia but again, no context. Rushia is the green-haired girl, and played a necromancer. No surprise she's a good singer, but had the roar of a metal band's lead singer. There was a spot of controversy when a message was leaked on screen that showed Rushia potentially had a boyfriend irl, and fans went mental because she played the "everyone's girlfriend" role, and in her attempt to smooth things over leaked confidential company information. When Cover discovered this, they terminated her contract, and Rushia is no longer a part of hololive. She would later be picked up by V-Shoujo, and is now Nazuna.
This version sounds fine and all but as someone who ask for the Zombieland Saga openings this is not what I was expecting when I saw the thumbnail 8:23 YES! Watch it!!
Definitely criminal that you haven't reacted to Suisei's Next Color Planet yet. An not enough people reacted to her other song " pieces " . These two are up there with Stellar Stellar as Suisei's most memorable songs.
but pieces didnt have official MV in youtube. because this song is actually produce by Bilibili side and they banned hololive. u can only found the video of this song that upload by the fan in youtube
Suisei has other anime covers like 'Ranbu no melody', an opening for Bleach. This video, if I remember correctly was one of the first in Hololive to have a heavily editea animation, while the previous ones woere more simple
needless to say what Zombieland Saga is is the next thing recommended here... ridiculously fun anime. Incidentally the first time I ran into hololive was when this cover got recommended to me due to me watching the original a lot at one point.
I LOVE this song, Suisei is great at always but it's a Suisei before she started having throat problems and before the resulting surgury and she REALLY flexes her voicals here. It also holds a special place in my heart (and probably many others) it's gen 3 as Suisei's backup singers... long before there was a Necromancer shaped hole. Maybe check out Rushia's cover of "Ghost in a Flower" sometime. You'll have to find it on an archive channel sine her official channel is gone but it's woth it to hear that soft whispery voice. Fandeads forever! 💀
"did Hololive do an anime op?" anime op i believe some day. cz they already did an anime ed. it's PANIGHT - NEGI ☆ U, ending from anime Jahy-sama something something i forgor.
Now that you've seen some of the imo still underrated Hololive song covers, I can maybe try to deviate you into the Vocaloid Rabbit hole by introducing the song 'A.L.I.C.E. in N.Y." :3
Sooo, as others said, and from your quick search, Zombieland Saga is an anime and yes you should do the OPs and EDs. Hololive girls, aside from this one, like doing covers from anime. Other examples: -"Yoasobi-Monster". Koyori-Chloe-Subaru-Suisei-Polka-Sora. -The "Hikaru Nara" OP from your Lie in April. Holocouncil(before Sana left) as well as a handful of JP girls in I think Towa's channel. Towa-Chloe-Lui-Roboco-Mel. -From the ID side, Reine and Risu covered both sides of "Kakumei Dualism" from the anime "Kakumeiki Valvrave" (i might have butchered the spelling here) . -"Oath Sign-Lisa" got covered by IRyS and either Sora or AZKi. . . . You get the point.
I don't normally do idol animes, Zombieland Saga is one of the few exceptions. You should add it on to your lists of ones to watch. It has some darn right hilarious moments. The only issue being that as a idol show is that has some songs that may cause copyright issues.
Well now you need to react to the original version of Saga Jihen, it’s probably the best song in the anime. Also Subaru, Nene, and Aqua did do an anime ending for the anime “The Great Jahy will not be defeated”, the three are credited as a group artist NEGI-U.
Saga jihen is sang by franchouchou, an idol group from zombielamd saga anime. U should react to the original song too, it is really good. There are other good songs in that anime especially in S2, in my opinion s2 songs are better than S1 songs
Day 16 You would love these songs! "Wissen IST Macht!" th-cam.com/video/JC-L2rUPJZA/w-d-xo.html or "Crimson Blooming" th-cam.com/video/ktvKMVKkIJI/w-d-xo.html
Hololive actually have done an anime ending song, not this anime neither it was Suisei tho but a unit called NEGI☆U composed by Oozora Subaru, Momosuzu Nene and Minato Aqua And Zombieland Saga is a musical anime with a group of zombies, I guess? Haven't seen it yet XD
oh my god those ccs. a good hint is if the ccs are auto or not. usually when not theyre pretty good cheers. here for more polka though. need me an Empress or Everblue reaction
I'd really like you to react to 灰色と青 (Blue and gray) by Towa and Suisei, is such a beautiful cover and tneir voices get along so well, also I don't really think it can win a poll on twitch any time soon so I hope you give it a chance.

FINALLY! i been asking for so long xD
this is actually the first Suisei song I've heard!
Finnaly a reaction to the cover
After you've reacted to this, I have a recommendation:
"Interact Fantasia" is the original song by Hololive 3rd Gen. which is Marine, Pekora, Noel, Flare and the pett... cute necromancer Rushia. It's a very significant song for the generation
❤️💙🤍🧡💚
Thank you for the recommendation!
Mannn thanks for the reaction! Highly recommend the zombieland saga openings, the hole OST of the anime is a banger
One of the best things about Zombieland Saga is that all the songs are sang by the actual VAs and they make concerts too IRL
This is just a Hololive classic, the whole generation 3, Marine, Pekora, Noel, Flare and Rushia are there with Suise (Gen 0).
You just started to enjoy the rabbit hole, but at this point there is no turning back, nice to see you are just enjoying it to the fullest.
Once again, I will recommend for the 3DMV Shallys of Aki Rosenthal, for me is one of the best original songs from Hololive, is just pure magic.
finally, thank you for the reaction
1:30 idk why but the subtitles made me roll on the floor 🤣
Highly recommend checking out the original as well. (And the MV if possible)
Still wanting your reaction on ''Ifuudoudou'' by Sora, Calli, AZKi, Suisei and IRys.
Also about what you might have missed out, Watame's 3D concerts are a MUST.
Now i need The reac for Suisei Cover of Ranbu No Melody (Bleach op 13)
The original song is pure Fire, The Suisei Cover is just Stellar
It's cover of an insert song from the anime Zombieland Saga. Sang by Suisei and the entire hololive generation 3 aka HoloFantasy.
Right now, they have only 4 members instead of 5 because one left (Rushia, the short green one) last year.
You should watch the Zombieland Saga openings!! They are really fun and it'd be funny to see you try to make sense of them!
yes !
Exactly, seeing someone trying to figure out what is it about only with the openings should be pretty funny
This cover is amazing! Suisei is just too good!
Funny you should mention that zombieland movie
There was actually a cross promotion collaboration between "zombie land saga" and "zombieland: double tap" for the movie's release in japan
I guess the coincidentally similar names wasn't lost on the marketing teams
Zombie Land Saga is in my top 3 anime. Still waiting for season 3. Both the original and this cover are amazing.🙂
this rabbit hole is a black hole in disguise, once you in, they wont let you out
Time to start recommending 1 of my favorite underrated songs
The last frontier by suisei and azki
This version sounds fine and all but as someone who ask for the Zombieland Saga openings this is not what I was expecting when I saw the thumbnail
8:23 YES!
I dont remember hololive have made anime OP, but they already made anime ed for Jahy sama anime, under name Negi-U.
Hololive has an anime ending song,, iirc it was the ed of an anime called "The great Jahy will not be defeated" sung by nene, aqua and subaru?
ZombieLand Saga is my fav anime in the Idol genre in my opinion
this is suisei flexing her singing! man shes so good!!
"did Hololive do an anime op?"
anime op i believe some day.
cz they already did an anime ed.
it's PANIGHT - NEGI ☆ U, ending from anime Jahy-sama something something i forgor.
Other examples:
-"Yoasobi-Monster".
I freaking love Zombieland Saga
React to Zombie Land Saga OP and ED. Anime is about zombie idol grup.
I don't normally do idol animes, Zombieland Saga is one of the few exceptions. You should add it on to your lists of ones to watch. It has some darn right hilarious moments. The only issue being that as a idol show is that has some songs that may cause copyright issues.
Yeah you should do reaction to zombieland saga!
Still suggest checking out Mumei, either her original “A New Start” or her covers like “Dilemma”, “Animal” or “Queen”
oh yes please react to Zombieland Saga opening, it's masterpiece
suisei got the whole 3rd gen as a back up vocalist.
Omgg you haveee to react so zombieland saga op 1 and 2!!! They are crazy!!! (In a good way)
I have to highly suggest "Po" by Omaru Polka. Great song and visuals .
You should check out Hanezeve Caradhina OST from Made in Abyss
You should react to all the zombieland saga songs
Suisei is so good, she needs a whole generation of girls as background singers
Amazing cover for sure! But the original Saga Jihen is also amazing in its own right. Would recommend to check out other Zombieland Saga OSTs too!
idk bout OP but hololive unit did an ED song of anime "Jahy-sama wa kujikenai"
Zombie land saga best anime idol
You can look at the credits under the video to see that this is a cover
So... the voice actresses of zombieland saga have really created a band?
you should also check Suisei "Phony" cover
Well now you need to react to the original version of Saga Jihen, it’s probably the best song in the anime.
Also Subaru, Nene, and Aqua did do an anime ending for the anime “The Great Jahy will not be defeated”, the three are credited as a group artist NEGI-U.
It’s time you check out the openings and endings of ZombieLand saga
Saga jihen is sang by franchouchou, an idol group from zombielamd saga anime. U should react to the original song too, it is really good. There are other good songs in that anime especially in S2, in my opinion s2 songs are better than S1 songs
Day 16
You would love these songs!
"Wissen IST Macht!"
th-cam.com/video/JC-L2rUPJZA/w-d-xo.html
or
"Crimson Blooming"
th-cam.com/video/ktvKMVKkIJI/w-d-xo.html
I am really not into idol animes but Zombieland Saga is an exception
Would like to see Ever Blue by Polka and Mafia by Ouro Kronii.
Hololive actually have done an anime ending song, not this anime neither it was Suisei tho but a unit called NEGI☆U composed by Oozora Subaru, Momosuzu Nene and Minato Aqua
And Zombieland Saga is a musical anime with a group of zombies, I guess? Haven't seen it yet XD
Startend(Towa, Suisei, and Aqua) cover of アスノヨゾラ哨戒班 [Asuno Yozora Patrol Team]
th-cam.com/video/XpgSrULHibg/w-d-xo.html
oh my god those ccs. a good hint is if the ccs are auto or not. usually when not theyre pretty good
cheers.
here for more polka though. need me an Empress or Everblue reaction
You'd love Zombie Land Saga, its' the closest you'll get to a proper Hololive anime and it's so damn funny!
I'd really like you to react to 灰色と青 (Blue and gray) by Towa and Suisei, is such a beautiful cover and tneir voices get along so well, also I don't really think it can win a poll on twitch any time soon so I hope you give it a chance.
zombieland saga best music anime ever
By how much you like Marine I'm surprised that you still don't have a reaction video for Marine Set Sail.
