    Best tutorial on dyson airwrap blow dry attachment. Thanks for sharing your tips & tricks . Plzz upload tutorial on how to use the other attachments as well. Your way of teaching and guiding is really really very nice and helpful. I have the same hair like yours.

    Hi Alana! How much pressure do u apply when u pull your hair through the attachment? I have thick hair so I’m pulling hard, not sure if that’s ok. Im noticing my attachments getting looser on the handle…is the pressure or tension necessary ?

    • @alananoelle
      @alananoelle  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Hala, I guess it's just more of creating tension with the hair, you don't really need to put so much pressure on the device that it is feeling like the attachments are getting looser - I have never experienced this so perhaps contact Dyson if it's still under warranty as that probably shouldn't happen. Just be firm but not rough - I hope that makes sense 💕

      No I don't use hairspray as my hair doesn't really need it and because I only wash my hair once a week, hairspray just leaves it feeling dirty! However, if you feel like you need it to hold your hair and you wash your hair more regularly then you definitely could :)

    • @valshog4089
      @valshog4089 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Perhaps because you have thin hair ? The person of Dyson told me that if you have thin hair (that s my case), the curls don t last. You have tu put spray on your hair before and after using the Dyson tool. And even with that, it will only last 1 day, not more….

    • @alananoelle
      @alananoelle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi lovely, ahh that's a shame! It is very different for different hair types 💕 My advice would be to add some mousse to your hair before styling, this really helps hold my waves & curls, it just adds lots texture & something for the waves/curls to grip onto. Also maybe try hairspraying your waves/curls after you do each section (sometimes I even spray before I style it and after also, if I really want it to hold). Also styling when your hair is post wash a few days, as it will have a bit more grit to it. ☺️ hope all that helps lovely & you find some good products & or tips that help 💕

    • @alananoelle
      @alananoelle  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi lovely, honestly, if follow some of my vids it should turn out lovely, just really work on smoothing it out, maybe use a cold shot to finish off to add some shine and create lots of tension when you are styling and use a good hair oil to finish off and hopefully it'll look nice & shiny & not frizzy (as I have such frizzy hair and it works wonders on me!) xx 💕

    Ok, but how long does it last? After 15 minutes hair are completely straight

    • @alananoelle
      @alananoelle  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It usually lasts me a full week! Everyone hair type is different at holding styles but to ensure you get the longest possible for your hair you need to ensure you are using correct pre & post styling products as well as mastering the technique. Creating tension is key & you can use a cold shot for 10-20seconds to hold that curl at the end which should help it last longer ☺️💕

    Brushing you hair while wet is damaging to straight hair but actually wavy or curly it’s what you need to do it’s actually very damaging to brush that kind of hair when dry because your brushing out the hairs natural curl and just gonna make it frizzy and over time can straighten out your curls

    Hi Alana .. did it take some time to prefect this method. I tried it after following your technique and the next day it was back to frizz 😳

    • @alananoelle
      @alananoelle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi lovely, it did! It took a good few goes to perfect it! I feel it's the same with all attachments/methods with the Airwrap you have to be patient in giving it a few try's before it turns out how you want. If it was frizzy the next day maybe try: 1) make sure when you are initially doing each section of hair you go over it 3-5 times to get all the frizz out. 2) place the brush underneath the section hair and ontop when doing the method to really get the hair smoothed out before creating the curl on the final 1/2 goes. 3) ensure you are using hair oil to finish the look. ☺️💕 I hope some of that works for you lovely ❤️
