Hair ties or any elastic loop. Some use a cut from a tire tube. Take a hair tie and lay it across the handle bar sideways. Then pull each end around the bar. Take a zip tie and run it through the ends of the loop on the other side of the bar. But before you close the zip tie, take a short length of vacuum line and run the zip tie through it. Then close the zip tie. The tubing creates the handle grab ahold of. Hope this helps.
