  • Parrish AgriTurf has built and patented a one of a kind piece of equipment that can save you hours of work and hours of manpower in the fields. Our Hay Accumulator can gather 10 bales of hay into one easy to manage row. It converts in just a few minutes, allowing custom accumulating of square bales that have already been baled and on the ground. It hooks behind any square baler in minutes without utilizing pumps or tractor hydraulics. The simple working mechanism makes this hay accumulator virtually foolproof. The simple design requires no timing, adjusting, or maintenance, it virtually runs itself.
We hold the patent on several products so we are able to control how they are made and able to make sure that only high-quality products go into each of our Hay Accumulator and Hay Grapples. The ease of use of our hay accumulator and hay grapple is unlike any other. And the cost is very much in most anyone’s budget.
Our products are made here in our shop in Alabama. We don’t use a huge mass production line to make our units. Each one is done by hand so that we check every weld, every spring, and every screw to make sure it’s done correctly and that it’s up to our standards. If the weld doesn’t meet our standards, it won’t be going out of our shop . . . PERIOD!

This type of bale accumulator appeals to me. I'm just one person cutting and baling hay for my own livestock. I don't have bigger equipment with multiple hydraulic systems to gather, stack, and load small square bales onto my wagon... in my case, a 18' car trailer. This accumulator would mean less stopping and getting in and out of my truck at each group of bales while loading my trailer. I don't see the harm in dragging the bales that short distance unless there are wet areas in the field.

TIMOTHY I use to have the same concern as you. Not any more. I Have baled tens of thousands of bales over many years using this type of bale accumulator. (Not the same brand.)
You are not dragging the bale on the ground. The bales are gliding /riding on the grass. The bales never touch the ground, they never get any dirt in or on them.
The beauty of this system is its simple. No electrical switches,no hydraulics just mechanical arms and latches.

I would have to agree. Unless this is just grass it might be ok. I cut and baled a lot of straw squares and alfalfa too and to me this would just tear the twine and that side of the bale up. It just seems like a cheap version of an accumulator and the stack was too loose for my liking. Too me the tighter is the better.

@@nopet-cu6wm like you said it works great on grass, I pull a similar (albeit the original design) of this one for coastal hay and it does not damage the twine or pull leaf off the bale.
If your in a stem heavy crop like straw or alfalfa then yea the stackers y’all use is a better route.
