Taeyong is the leader of NCT 127 he is the only leader out of all of the groups. That's why he's usually in the middle plus isnt he A FINE ASS VISUAL! Nct u was the first subgroup of NCT and NCT 127 is the only one with a leader because NCT u and dream change because of concept and age.

It’s also helpful because there are subunits so you can know and get familiarized with each persons style.

all of nct have fun personalities they are really something when they are being themselves LOL also taeyong is the leader of nct127 , that ten solo though but i feel like they all killed it and each time i re watch i catch something new its so good.

Who is the leader? Taeyong is the leader for me, but let me explain. We have three units "NCT U", "NCT 127" and "NCT Dream" in the NCT 2018 group.
Taeyong(the red hair boy, centre of all choreo) is the leader officialy of sub-unit NCT 127(Limitless, Touch, Fire Truck, Cherry Bomb), but I think he's the leader of "NCT 2018" because he's the "mom of group" and takes care of all members. The NCT 2018(with all eighteen members) has this formation of Black on Black, but have no leader yet, but again... I think Taeyong is the leader of NCT in this formation with all members. The sub-unit NCT Dream with maknaes, teenagers, youngest members(Go, We Young, Chewing Gum) has no leader too, but in my opinion Mark is the "leader" of unit Dream because he's the oldest and takes care of Dream's members. And we have the unit NCT U(Boss, Yestoday, The 7th Sense, Baby Don't Stop) and this unit "has no leader" too, but Taeyong lead this unit. I think Taeyong is the "general leader" of group, the leader of NCT 2018. The members always say "Taeyong takes care of all members, Taeyong helps all members", so... Taeyong is the leader even he doesn't have this "official leadership" in front of cameras. I like of him so much, he's an amazing leader for NCT 2018.

Here to provide the info! So Taeyong (red-haired center) is the center of NCT as whole and he is only "technically" the leader of the subunit NCT 127 and they stated that there's no real "Leader" since they're more like a family than a unit :') , however, pretty much all NCTzens have crowned him to be the leader especially since he tends to take on the role as Mom of all the other members. They didn't split into groups for this video it's just that Mark and Taeyong tend to be center in all the music videos in general. And actually, Mark stated that he's not the leader of NCT Dream but rather just the eldest so they have to follow him lol because NCT Dream and NCT U are not fixed groups. Dream has to go through a graduation system. So members like Mark aren't going to be apart of Dream anymore once they hit a certain age :(

This is why they’re my ultimate bias group. They’re all so talented not just in visuals and they deserve to be loved equally because honestly leaving a member out is cruel. If you watch NCT LIFE you'll probably know that they’re such dorks their bond is unexplainable. Some members moved to Korea just for their dream so I really appreciate that it's hard you know. But anyways, Thank you for loving NCT let them make your life filled with happiness like they did to mine.
