I first bought the RS 3 mini but it couldn't balance my A7R III with a small zoom (Sigma 28-70). It was also very difficult to balance. In contrast, the Weebill 3E handled this camera and lens without any problems.
They do actually have a mobile app that you can use for software updates. So you should be all good when it comes to that. I didn’t touch on it in this video (probably should have).
Your review is pretty bias your title should be a DJI fanboy trying the Weebill 3E. Every camera, gimbal, software have learning curve. It was tough for me switching from Moza to Zhiyun. I own the OG Weebill 3 and I picked up the 3E mainly for the easy vertical switch. I still own a couple Moza, and Feiyu Tech gimbals and used many other DJI unit. Unless you're making a first impression learn the product before making a comparison video.
I think that’s a fair criticism of my complaints about the menu. But the majority of my issues with this gimbal have nothing to do with the menu. Most of them are about how the ergonomics, the levers and knobs, are really poorly laid out. And how the placement of the roll motor prevents you from balancing even medium sized lenses. The reason the brought up the DJI RS3 Mini at the end of the video was because it legitimately seems like a more useful gimbal for the money.
@@JoshBirman user error? The only thing wrong with this gimbal is the axis lock is made out of plastic and can easily break and when that happens you better have tools available to remove it or else the axis will stay locked.
Running across the screen like a fool will definitely be the highlight of Sean’s TH-cam career. Oh I see he already commented this.

I had DJI Ronin SC...it was a piece of crap...I bought the Zhiyun Weebill 3E...it is a fantastic gimbal...took me 2 minutes to balance and get going..
Glad you had such a good experience with the Weebill 3E!
Finally someone telling the truth thanks for reviewing
Thanks for watching!
Birman, coming with the honesty 🙌🏻
It’s all I know 😄
Thanks for your honest review! Subscribed
Thank you!
Do you think there will be any opportunity to update the software? Considering you can't connect it to your mobile phone.
