Could you do more food reviews in Universal? I know the Harry Potter restaurants and we tried Mythos and Green Eggs and Ham when we went in November, but I’d loves listening to of good quick service spots to make our next trip a bit cheaper.
And we love ET, too. Pushed back our May trip a week just so we could ride it post-refurb.
Now THIS is great timing! I'm heading to Universal with my dad in a couple of days and wanted to really see what new attractions would be a must! Although the Dreamworks section won't be open when we're there, I can't wait to check out Minion Land and Diagon Alley as a big Harry Potter fan!
Minion Land is SO CUTE and colorful! Have a great time!
Have fun!! Stay hydrated and wear comfy shoes! Florida is already getting hot!
I’m holding off until Dec 2025 to go. Want Epic Universe to be finished with all the kinks worked out so I can spend all week at Universal. Can’t wait for this!
I love how I watch all these videos knowing full well I can’t go to any theme parks for a WHILE due to being sick asf and disabled.. still fun to watch ❤
I did Fast and Furious when I went to Universal two weeks ago…
It was not worth the wait…at all
I wish I did Rock it instead
But I did do Hagrids and Men in Black
Those were my favs XD
Hagrid’s might just be my fave coaster of all time. The verdict’s still out though…
@@dfbbreea Cannot decide between Hagrid's and Velocicoaster.
I don't know if I'll ever be able to go to disney again (I don't travel cuz of medical issues, and my partner doesn't like large groups of people like that) but I'm still watching all of your videos (and ordinary adventures!) Videos😂 I hope I can make it to disney one more time, ive never even been to most of the parks
Navigating the express pass at Universal is wayyy easier than Disney Genie+. Went to Universal for a week summer of 2022 then Disney summer 2023 and it’s night and day.
Let’s do Sea World and Busch Gardens
Iron Gwazi is in my top 10 favorite roller coasters of all time, no doubt.
What I love about the Universal Express pass is that you have the option to get a pass that lets you ride as many times as you want. With the Disney Genie+, you can only ride once, so if you want to ride Haunted Mansion over and over, you can only skip the line once. When we went with the whole family, it saved us money to stay at Royal Pacific where we got the unlimited express pass free with our stay. When I went last year with just my daughter, that wasn't the case, because the cost per night at Universal's version of deluxe resorts is more than the price of 2 passes, so then we stayed at Endless Summer Dockside and bought the passes seperately. Do the math, but I felt like it was totally worth it because those lines are LONG.
I agree, we always stay at Royal Pacific just for the passes. The price can vary so much though. I had Mon-Thurs for around $300 per night but Friday was $900! We went to endless summer and it was bad. But dang, those 5 days for 4 people would have been around $4,000 for Express!
The og universal park really needs a new E-ticket attraction. IOA got much love the past couple of years with hagrid's and velocicoaster.
In July 20, I’m going to universe studio and I is only April 24. I have a lot of yards to go, but I’m so excited to see all the rides. It’s gonna be so much fun.
The Horror Makeup show is sooo good and sooo funny!! Must do!!
I’m a big Harry Potter fan I’ve read all the books I’ve seen all the movies I’m happy Harry Potter has its own theme park world it’s exciting universal studios is one of my favorite theme parks ever I grew up going to universal studios Hollywood so many amazing memories ❤
I still remember stepping into Hogsmeade for the very first time! Instant CHILLS.
Universal is great for older kids. If a Harry Potter fan, 11 years old is a great choice, like going to Hogwarts. Food. It is very similar to Disney in quality and price, overpriced, and hit or miss. Butterbeer, the drink is a must, although most like frozen over traditional. Walking into Diagon Alley as a Harry Potter fan for the first time is like walking into the first movie.
The food is mostly really good at UO. There are a few misses, but overall the food is really good.
So helpful!
Love your videos so much!!
Thank you
This channel needs to be split 50/50 between Disney and Universal.
I've been worrying about a lot of things this year regarding my life. For example, worry about death, and worry that something might happen in my life in the near future. That's why I've decided to do Universal next year, because, even though I love Disney World, if I don't do Universal I'll probably regret it in years to come. So, I'm going to do it while I still can. At least I will have gotten to do Disney 2 years in a row, last year and this year
Love this. Do something that makes you happen if you can 😊
You will not regret it. We took 4 days and with 2 parks, you can relax and take your time! Food is so much cheaper too.
Update: Just got back from Disney World and I've decided to continue staying there. But I will be visiting Universal as well next year for a couple of days. I'll just get an uber or a lyft
I regret going in September, during Halloween horror nights. They closed half the park so early just to set up.
If you ever wanna do the Halloween events the one is California is wow. You take the tram and they drop you off by that Tom cruise movie scene is (I hope that's his movie). It's bananas. But I'll be in Orlando on Thursday and I'm super excited!!
All the shows and character meet and greet are in the app unders "shows".
Universal basically just looks at everything Disney does -- Genie, types of rides, annual passes, specials, covid restrictions-- and then does the opposite. That's why they're doing so well.
You really gonna act like express is better than genie? Come on now 😂
I mean, you dont have to make reservations or keep refreshing the page to see if you can snatch a time. Also, why have one or two rides reserved at a time when you can just go to the ride without all the mess. Universal Express Pass is superior by far.@@justicesjourney761
@@justicesjourney761 it is!
@@justicesjourney761are you joking? One you just buy a pass and can go on any ride you want without any hassle in an app. With genie plus we all love having to make a selection at 7am and then an hour and half later make another selection. Rinse and repeat all day.
I’ve not been to either parks, but from what I understand express is better for the layman, as it needs little in the way of planning and scheming. Genie+ is better if you know how to game the system.
The skip the line passes at universal are the prices per person if you purchase and do not stay at their resorts?
The prices are per person... it's really expensive, but it has to be that way to make it a true express pass experience. If everyone was able to purchase express, then it really wouldn't be worth it.
How are crowds on Jan 1st New Years Day?? I'm getting mixed answers. Thanks
Good work Cassie
Do you absolutely need to book in advance or can you show up early and pay admission if so how much is admission ?
You can definitely purchase your park tickets the day of - BUT the big benefit of paying for them beforehand is getting to skip over that line of OTHER people who’ll also be purchasing their tickets the day of! Ticket prices vary by date, but you can see price ranges on the Universal Orlando website ahead of time via their ticket price calendar.
Hood to know because I’m going so thanks
I'd love to see in-depth videos on each of the Universal resorts.
Alright it’s coming soon
Was thinking of planning a trip for January 2025. Is that a good time of year? Will anything from the Epic Universe be open? Thanks
Stella Nova and Terra Luna hotels will be open, but the park won't be open until the summer.
The higher price tag is actually better then Disney here’s why: the lower price tag at Disney means everybody buys it, therefore all standby lines are insane and it throws everything off. At universal people who want an amazing experience can pay big bucks for express pass but it doesn’t clog the standby lines like Disney
Can you PLEASE do a video on the VIP tours at Universal Orlando. I highly recommend the semi private tour. I think it’s a great worth for your money and gives you such a unique experience. Not enough people speak about it and bringing it some attention would be worth it.
Yes of course
AJ! Really need a similar guide but for Universal Hollywood Studio! :))) Sending a family there in July. Nobody will do a better guide than your team! Thank you!
❤❤❤
Any completion dates for dreamworks?
So far, all we know is that it’s slated to open this summer! So we’re hoping to hear about an official opening date soon!
It is about time you get on to other parks and attractions outside the Disney Fantasyland.
4th, LOL. Thank you for ALL your videos!
Is there any Jurassic Park attractions there?
Yes there is

FIFTH!
Ummm…..The Today Cafe is right when you walk in the park and E.T. Is all the way in the back.
This Channel starting feeling the force of Epic Universe and the downfall of Disney 😂😂😂
Universal is good for a 4 year old?
"King's Crustacean" 😏
"Pour Lliqiids Here" -- I siuppose you can just drool if you didn't bring any....
I don't think you've been to UO lately because their food game has been ON POINT for the last 3-4 years..
I went to Universal for 10 days and only waited in lines for 8.
Universal Express pass is SOOOO much better than Disney+. It works on almost all the rides and you don’t have to be looking at your phone the entire time figuring out what ride you can go to…
Everything I need to know in 15 minutes?? Lol. I could do a vlog just about the resorts for an hour.

Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are much better experience than Disney. The express passes are actually worth it 100%.
First
🏆👍
:-)
$300 more like $700
Universal Studios is way ahead of Disney in terms of attractions and state of the art technology. Disney is wayyy behind with dated rides that keep breaking down and genie+ which is a major pain and un-intiuitive.
Agreed, the only thing Universal needs is a few better food options, Today Café is good, but there are lot of misses.
Why not just make a Universal channel instead???
Universal Orlando Resort has 2 parks. Universal Studios Florida (USF) and islands of adventure (IOA)
and a fabulous water park and the stunning Epic Universe opening in 2025. also CityWalk has fun night life
@@lavetaloca7790 where is “universal studios Orlando”? Never heard of that park. Is it new?
