Please, louder background music next time. I could still hear the voice a little.

anyone else do this? I am not sure whether i should use pliers to remove old, as it appears flat. is it easy to install, which was glimpsed over in this video. in other words, how do you insert it so it is securely in place?
My apartment has windows that slide horizontally (left to right & back). Apartments are notorious for using cheap materials, using non-professionals to perform work (flooring, windows, even electrical related things such as outlets), and generally wasting energy in all possible ways. I move often for work, so for now, renting is my reality. If you could add any special tips you have for varying builds, esp renters (or houses with similar issues that MOST U.S. homeowners simply can’t afford to replace) that would be very helpful. Thanks!
