Good install 👍 As Eastern Europe Plumber I love Viessman boilers, easy service and maintenance. Most of UK engineers hate them, but if you get traning by Viessman they will be ok 👍
I have a Viessman 100 and mated with a Honeywell T3R wireless thermostat but can not get it to control the boiler. It's showing as binded but refuses to talk. Viessman have told me to use the Viessman thermostat.
Viessmann Vitodens 100-W B1KF , B1HF : How to enter to this parameter : Setting (%) in heating circuit 1 group: ■ Min. speed: Parameter 1102.0 ? And to increase minimal pump speed by Parameter 1102.0 .
Lots of useful information, im thinking of jumping ship and start fitting these but wasn't too sure if the combis stood out from the competition lime the 200 does. Having watched this i might give the 050 combi a go. Many thanks
Been installing viessmans since 2008,quality, quality, quality, even the 050,compact range best heat only as a direct replacement for potterton prima/ suprimas. Any Intergas boiler worth a serious look! Intergas Rapid range easily the best combi, I got a 32kw in my house, coming up to 8 years!
@@AlexRocks24-7 They rarely go wrong,I've got one for 8 years! Installed properly and don't forget, as with any boiler, aiming to exceed BS7593 is the only proffessional way to go!
Looking at the 100w and 50w whats th main difference. Are they both true 30kw. The 100w is listed as modulating between 3-32kw....so im a little confused on the heat input
Do i need external wall sensor ? Where do i connect my classic thermostat? Heating is not working 😢 is doing temperature and when she start going in the radiator is stopping?
Yeah lots of 050s have the opentherm and weather comp connections wired backwards from the factory 😅 Viessmann are head and shoulders above the competition with their boilers. The 200 and 222 are a work of art if you know how to use them to their full potential. Most combi slinger can't even comprehend the features built-in and imagine the horror of having to configure a boiler correctly before it works 😮 And 4 pipe system boilers are an absolute genius design. People say viessmann customer service is abysmal but ive never had a problem. In the last 12 months weve only had a faulty diverer, pump swirl plate and a flow switch over dozens of installs. All were sorted within 48 hours. #viessmanforever ✊ 😂
Thanks very much. The opentherm thing was driving me nuts.🤣 Yes the four pipe system is definitely the way to go. I also have had a good service from Viessmann but they do need to get more reps/staff out and about I think. Thanks 👍
I'm having an old boiler replaced with a 4-pipe Veissmann can I ask how this would be plumbed into existing pipework? I could fairly easily add a 22mm feed direct to the cylinder but not a return - can the return from rads and cylinder be y-split onto the two boiler returns?
@@johnhunter4181 yes you can run priority hot water on a Viessmann without using the 4 pipes. One way is to use a 3 port diverter and a cylinder demand box and pull the plug on the internal diverter. Demand box powers up diverter and signals boiler to fire on dhw.
Is it Wifi or 4g connectivity ? Nice touch and a £200 extra on a Vaillant when I last looked and I think you also have to use their controls for that feature. Having said that we should be anyway to comply with energy efficiency requirements. Can the app do everything the front panel can do - gas rates, fault codes, resets etc. Thank you. A very useful summary.
Hi . It's Wi-FI connectivity. The boiler gives off its own signal so you don't need the homeowners WiFi to commission. In the video I said you need to VIcare app but it's actually the VIguide app . I don't think it can tell you gas rates but the customer based app (Vicare) can give you most information you need. Some Viessmanns do have a SIM card in but they are used to report back to Viessmann fault occurrences. The Vaillant is overpriced and still not as good in my opinion.
I try to keep customers gas bills as low as possible and with average flow rates between 10-13 liters a min i dont want excessively large kw because they will blame me for higher bills. Most boilers im ripping out are between 28-30kw heat input....so 32 is a little high

We have been up to Telford recently for the training and came away really impressed. Thank you 👍👍

Yet to fit an intergas . Maybe we will try that next. Thanks 👍 👍

Great informative footage! 👌🏽
Thank you 👍👍👍
nice work, I went to service one of those the other day for the first time, had a good old time trying to figure out how to get the case off 🤔
Yes I had the same problem the first time. 🤣
Good install Luke, nice to see what’s inside the box for a change 😂 great work 👍
Cheers Bryan. Appreciate it. 😘
Where did you run the condense to?
Could you not get your arm out of the bottom hole to smooth over the top hole fill?

How does this compare to the baxi 800 and 600
I haven't spent enough time with Baxi to give you a comparison but it's on my list . Thanks 👍🏻
Caldera espectacular lo único malo es el detector de flujo es de turbina falla mucho
Nightmare boilers worst customer service would not touch them with a barge-pole 😞😞😞
