I’m a tech and this is excellent advice. I can think of countless times where a simple miscommunication threw a huge wrench in the works, sometimes throwing off entire days. That’s metaphorically speaking of course - I keep the physical wrench throwing to the bays lol
I’m really happy your enjoying the content! Technical issues are holding me from this platform but soon to be rectified! Be sure to find me on TikTok and Instagram!
I just got a new job as service advisor for commercial trucks. I know nothing about trucks but have basic knowledge on cars. What are some things that can be translated from cars to trucks?
Truly useful, thank you so much. Do you do quick checkups on cars that just come out of the shop? Also, it happens a lot that some plastic cap breaks off somewhere and customers usually leave it and forget about it until they use/see it again. Is there a good way to kind of remind them?
Thank you! If you mean check over the car before the customer picks up yes I did that from time to time! And just be up front with the customer in a friendly way and you can’t go wrong!
Simply fill out the app and turn in a resume however I’d be cautious switching that early on. Too many of those and your resume may become unattractive to employers

Do you think you can ask TOO MANY questions to a customer?
Sometimes yes but most times it’s appreciated by the customer
This would’ve been better with about 30 sniffles
