    Mortgage Process:
    Step 1 - Obtain Approval in Principle (AIP) from a mortgage provider.
    Step 2 - Identify areas of interest based on factors like budget, commute, and schools if you have children.
    Step 3 - Utilize websites like Daft to locate potential houses and send personalized viewing requests to agents, briefly outlining your background.
    Step 4 - If invited to a viewing (private or open), inspect the house, checking for visible issues. Also note the energy ratings - mostly you will get C or D for
    Second hand house and if you get a B it is great deal . also Inquire about next steps and ongoing bidding, as the listed price might not reflect the current bidding amount.
    Suppose you're ready to bid. In that case, follow the bidding mechanism, either through a bidding website or email to the agent.
    Provide your AIP and set a maximum bidding budget, do bidding in increments of 1000.
    Note that being the highest bidder doesn't guarantee the house, as the owner may consider others based in their profiles which can be second or third highest bidder.
    Step 5 - Upon winning the bid, the agent will ask for a deposit and your solicitor's details. Arrange a solicitor concurrently with this step.
    Step 6 - Update your mortgage provider with the property value to revise the loan offer.
    Step 7 - Arrange a property health check by hiring a survey engineer to inspect the house, assessing major problems.
    Step 8 - Complete a property valuation through a third-party suggested by the mortgage provider. Obtain mortgage protection insurance and home insurance based on the valuation.
    Step 9 - Your solicitor will collaborate with the seller's solicitor, preparing documentation. Await the loan offer from the mortgage provider, possibly requiring additional documentation. Sign the documents at your solicitor's office, paying fees and the remaining 10% deposit( minus the deposit which you already payed )
    Step 10 - Your solicitor finalizes formalities, transferring money to the seller's solicitor. Once completed, the agent arranges to hand over the house keys to you. Congratulations on obtaining your keys!
