Awesome list! Very helpful since I'm working on my own branded build right now! ☺ not entirely sure which cards and ratios of them I want to run, but I'm liking the idea of the Imp Edge / Patchwork / Poly engine as a way to deck thin and extend, and to make G. Chim a bit stickier. I'm thinking I'll probably run two in the ED just for the rare case of one getting banished, or getting another turn to make a second one. Really appreciate the break down on the side board options and your reasonings behind the cards, very helpful for an old fogey like me trying to make his way back into this game.
I figured branded will be to good with hypernova support and around corner, another set of support is coming! Enjoyed your Gate Guardian deck profile and hoping you have success with it at locals! Also is pure vs branded hybrid for Gate Guardian?
They have been doing OK, it's a tricky deck to master expessily with all the evenlys running around. If you win the dice roll and set up floodgate with the lady/arianna loop it's insane. Going second a little trickier
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh You could main evenly you could main cosmic both are potental options may take out gimik from the main have a few non essentail engine cards to play some going 2nd cards.
Play dragoon this helps alot with that matchup as gimick does nothing and you must have crossout in the side or main with d barrier or you will have no chance as they will just loop it denko is also a very good option however you will have to side out maybe 1 albuer or kit then you will have too many normal summons. we have deployment opening and fusion and you just need to see one of these or a way to these + denko and you should have game. Cosmic is not bad into the match up aslo main 1 duster seems fine almost evey end board has back row interuptions. think spright branded labyrinth and also branded as well forcing these seems ok and will make it a consideration for main deck status.
@Joseph Armstrong I was on the assumption he was talking about playing labs themselves, against lab there are a couple of options, obviously the first as mentioned is you swap out the gimmick for jinzo imo, but this comes down to how many are in attendance as jinzo isn't worth the main if your facing 1 lab from 5 rounds. The gimmick also comes down to environment, if your facing loads of decks that auto lose its worth the risk
sucks if kashzone lock 5 other wise good but the space is super tight if you play dragoon so if you don't play dragoon go for it just have other outs your deck to the lock 5 spell traps and you can play book of eclipse but it loses to ash and it loses to lance as most kash player either lock 5 or end on arise under 4 summons so book of moon is better most often
Fusion monsters rutial xyz synchro and links need to be properly summoned this means if they where send to the grave for effect or the summon was negated with solemn judgement in the case of non fusions then you can't monster rebon any of them this is defenitly not a BUG. Most of these simulators can have some issues but these are more technical parts of the game the differance between OCG and TCG rullings etc.
u use expulsion which tribute 1 fusion mon then special summon 2 non fusion monsters from your grave 1 goes to ur field the other on opps field so puppet goes to them and it's effective is no summoning other then gimmicks so opp can't summon that turn
@@TeaGarrison You can also crossout your gimick puppet on your turn and then summon 2 from banish( other is aluber in the combo banished from albion) that is assuming they don't have ash and then this can't be ghost belle here as both targets will be banished. gold sarc also works
@Neil Penafiel yeah main dosent have loads as deck can play through a decent amount of interactions, most build just play Nib, so I decided to main eclipse over that as you don't want to clog it down to much and it works amazingly well. If the board is to tough to break then go G2 side in what you need win that go game 3 and set up, but most of the time the deck has enough to break the boards, constantly playing through interactions, chimera and protecting everything with lost.
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh cap you play at least 8 bricks you must be good at dice rolls. Maybe you can go over 40 if the math makes sense like if you can still see a way to branded fusion but all the other fluf dosen't really add anything branded is still insane if it goes 1st even with out gimick puppet why would you add this when you should win if you go 1st game 1 then you have put you self at a disadvantage for no reason lose going 2nd.
@Joseph Armstrong I can't seem to understand why you feel its an auto lose going second? I still don't see where your seeing 8 bricks? The gimmick engine is a 2 card brick and even then you have what a 99% chance you win game 1 when it resolves where as without it, there are more cards that can pull that board apart, it's a bit of a risk but much greater reward, its worked on multiple occasions and loads of build are maining it
So the reason you give it to opp is they can't tribute it away, plus stops lightning storm, they can't kaiju it or even lava golem it, initially I thought it would be better getting it yourself, but if your opp has it causes them more issues to out it
Why are you so dismissive haha, sometimes people want to try different things to shake it up, sometimes it works and sometimes it dosent, its all part of testing haha would be boring as crap if no one had creativity and every one played the exact same list card for card. some things work for others better.
Why have you decided to always lose game one playing gimik in the main deck is only approprate in the side. You have 5 non engine in the deck this is aweful have you ever one against a good apponent game 1 because I don't see how you will break any compentent board this is dreadful.
You say all that, yet this list has won multiple locals and OTS championship, your not always going to pose game 1, you just benefit massivly if you win the dice roll, you go 1st it's an auto win, the only risk of maining the puppet engine is 2 cards, and even then when you break the board and set up puppet should you not gurentee the OTK locks them for a turn and you OTK the next turn. There are go second cards in the mainin the form of eclipse as this imo is a more effective board breaker than Nib with so many ppl playing round it. This list may not confirm to your playstyle which is fine everyone plays different and at different environments, but don't shut it off just cause its not "the way you want it"
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh Yes locals like I'm sure it's fine I just don't think it's the best way to run it but you do you 5 non engine is too little in my opionon

Have you had any labrynth players doing well at your locals? I'm struggling to solidify my decklist for London and would love some advice

Is Super Polymerization good in the deck?
It is yes, just comes down to environment and playstyle as to weather you want to run it or not

No allure of darkness or denko sekka in side?
2 Sekka are sided
How come sometimes on simulator when I activate rinbrumm it only lets me summon Albaz??? It’s driving me crazy I can’t figure it out!
Sometimes they are buggy
If it wasn't properly summoned (example:dumped to grave off mirrorjade..), Rindbrumm cant be summoned from grave off its own effect, only Albaz

Only 5 going second cards?
11
2 eclipse
2 thrust
1 dark hole
1 dusters
2 denko
1 evenly
2 lava golem
Then you have fusion deployment into albaz if you want to count that.
I meant in the main not including FD and saronir
