You are one of my favorite archers of all time! I love hearing you talk about mindset, your experience and what you’re up to. Awesome video. Hope to see more in the future. 🙌 🏹
I feel better now because even the Pro struggles. Sometimes I just hate myself when the trip to the range is longer than my endurance!! Glad to see you back 😁
Nice to see you back on TH-cam and with a bow in your hands. Setting up a vintage bow would be great. I‘m a hoytie and love my Radian. But to be honest, those old Yamaha riseres were also pretty cool.
Hoi Sjef, super leuk je weer in actie te zien met je boog. Je bent en blijft een grote inspiratie voor mij en voor vele anderen!!! Heel erg bedankt voor je video.
Hello Sjef, welcome back!!! I'm so happy to see you again with your bow.... I hope to see you as soon as possible in all the most important competition around the world!!!!
Hi Sjef! Thx for video =) May be you can describe how your stabilization system is felt ? May be you try some ramrods staff and can compare it with your shibuya ? P.S. Great group )) All in 10 ring size =)
Great to hear and see from you again, Sjef! What I'm really interested in is how you would turn your Spin Wing Vanes to your Nock-Position as a right handed Archer/Shooter? Is it like a "Y" shape if u look from behind? Or how would u guarantee to have a great clearance at the Button and Riser? Thank you! :)
I would not consider going. Last week 445 ppl died from COVID in Pennsylvania and another 37, 000 new infections. According the the John's Hopkins hospital website Pennsylvania's COVID cases are climbing.
Why did you pick that color for your string and do you use that both inside and outdoors? Great to see you shooting again and say hi to Jos, it was fun to see him shoot and smile all day at the EVM :)
Hi Sjef Do you have any plans of starting online archery coaching like Jake Kaminski. I guess it can be a great future plan and you can also help the global archery community through your knowledge.
There is a rule called ‘rule 50’ where things that were not released at least 6 months prior to the games are not allowed. The armgaurd was but I couldn’t prove it and therefore it wasn’t fit for use. www.boltbows.com/bow-store?store-page=Bolt-Aegis-Armguard-p284054235 Here is the link for anyone curious!
I have question about your string I also shoot a formula X med limbs 68in bow I want to ask what length string you use and what’s your. Race height as I am struggling to get my brace right
I heard you say you use Spectra 652 string material. Would you mind telling us what is the strand count. I recently went to 652 and use 18 strands for my string at 38 pounds on the fingers.
Ever shoot a horse bow? I find it much less restricting and allows you to move your body in a way that feels the most natural to you while retaining consistency and accuracy.
I sometimes shoot horsebows at the store I work for, and when I visit Simon from Simons Bow Company but I don’t think it’s my style of archery, although the bows are cool
I was expecting you to visibly shake a lot more after not shooting that long and with 51# at the fingers. You probably felt it a lot more than what showed up on the camera.

Great to see you shooting again. Hopefully you can do more archery content in the future. Helped me as a beginner when I started 2 years ago.
I think it's great you took a break, you don't want to loose that little smile you get when you feel a great shot! That feeling is why we shoot.
"That group is not great" * shows 5 arrows touching each other * 😂
I was thinking the same ... I'd have a group the size of the blue rings in his situation :-)
@@lubossoltes321 same here!
Soo pleased you have found your way back to enjoy archery for its own sake, Sjef. We've missed you.
I feel better now because even the Pro struggles. Sometimes I just hate myself when the trip to the range is longer than my endurance!! Glad to see you back 😁
It's good to see you again Sjef 👍
So good to see you back! Missed triple trouble vids too 💘

Good to see you again! Greetings from just across the border. 😉
Sjef - so good to see you again! Please don't stop - as you've suggested, just use a lighter rig & keep on shooting!.
Its great that you shoot your bow again. Also its intresting to get all the details from your bow setup :-)
Great to see you shooting again.
Nice watching you again. Keep it up and it was sad seeing you giving up on archery after doing so well.
Very glad your back!
Great to see you again!

Wooooaa It's Sjef! Miss you so much, kinda still bummed your not competing anymore. Hope you're doing great and your fellow archers

The Man is BACK! Try some barebow for a change of pace. It is competitive, but not so much :).
Are you coming to the Lancaster Classic? And, if you do, can we take a photo?
I’m not going but Gijs probably is!
@@TripleTroubleArchery I guess I will see him there 😊

Why were you not allowed to use the arm guard you like?
so this is my first group after a couple of months of not shooting, which is not great. ***shoots amazing group
Hi Sjef

I am not currently looking to ask miney for my knowledge since I don’t have time to do it regularly. Maybe in the future
what pull weight and length?
Hello Sjef, what do you recommend for the brace hight for a 68 inch recurve olympic style bow?
Hello Sjief , what kind of ey bolt for extender you use.?
Sjef what about limbs poundeg in Tokyo Olympics?
The limbs are 44 lbs and about 51# on the fingers
May I ask why you weren’t allowed to use your bamboo armguard at the Olympics.
There is a rule called ‘rule 50’ where things that were not released at least 6 months prior to the games are not allowed. The armgaurd was but I couldn’t prove it and therefore it wasn’t fit for use.

@@TripleTroubleArchery Wow, ohne worte. Didn't they ask you to prove when was your shoe lace (finger sling) released? :)
I wish my first groups were that "not great" after a few months off! LOL!!!!!
Aaaand, you forgot to mention your signature Grip ;-)
Very nice.....

Yes! 😃 now I can say that I had an exchange with an Olympic medalist in archery 😁. LOL! Truly I am humbled I got a response, you’re the best Sjef!
Sjef, How much mass weight is on the front and side rods?
how long are your limbs and hows your poundage? and which poundage you think youll shoot now for a more relaxed bow
What is the total length of your bow?
70-44# and 51# on the fingers. I am looking to shoot 45# or something like that
@@TripleTroubleArchery 45 on the fingers i assume :D
Which Bow case do you use? It looks absolutely massive.
This is the Legend Archery Atom bowcase, it’s actually a good size for two bows and accessories. Comes in handy when traveling!
Thank you Sjef :) I have the Legend XT Backpack and I love it, good to see that their high end stuff is good too.
What kind of optics and tripod do you use?
Would you consider shooting barebow?
Just out of curiosity Sjef, how long does it take you from opening the bag to have the bow set up and ready to shoot ?
Normally about 5-10 mins but now a little longer as I had to find all the things again after not opening my bowcase for months
Bro you should keep Archery..
Bro this target name please
I was expecting you to visibly shake a lot more after not shooting that long and with 51# at the fingers. You probably felt it a lot more than what showed up on the camera.
If you made it to the Olympics why didn't you keep going why are you quitting
Sjef ,come on~!
Try barebow. Is more fun!
Huppetaaaaaaaaaaaa lékker!
Shoot a 50 lb horse bow off the right side and MAN UP ! You make us look bad bro... !
Why do you always look at your clicker ???
