@@Alexander_Tronstad Haha, I guess Fenriz hasn't changed much since then in that regard. Fascinating to hear this from 1991 a few years before (I think) Darkthrone went into a bit of an isolation around the Transilvanian Hunger/Panzerfaust era. I don't think Fenriz bothered much with media press and those mid 90s albums sound more introverted and darker than say Soulside Journey or A Blaze. Fenriz is quite theatrical on A Blaze.

She asks what the point is to release something if people are not supposed to like it. Gylve says the right people will like it... it goes into more, questions about the change of styles and record company and so on. I'll see if I can translate a little later. It's funny because it was so trendy among black-metal people to be uncompromising and harsh in interviews, and you can tell Fenriz tries to be that way too, but he's really too friendly to pull it off.
