This game rocks and I really hope it stays in the lineup for wsbg's games in the future- its both a classic and strategically deep, while still being an absolute blast to play. Just so much fun 🌞
The tips are well put- # 4 is a huge part of why the game is so great!

Tip 2 is so important. I usually tell beginners to think of their tiles as having 1,000 printed before the number. So they have the 1001, 1002, all the way up to 1013 (or 1016 in a 5-p game). That helps you see that the higher tiles are not that much better than a lower ones.
