I have added old formula to my dry mix, red worms seemed to like it. That said I still fed them normally so interested to see how they do with the peppers. I am glad I found you when I started my worms, I have given them so many things that people say are a no-no without any problems!

I'm pretty sure the worms will like the milk. I've actually added small amounts of leftover oats with milk to my big bins but not a large quantity and never indoors. I'd be worried about the potential smell you might get from it. I guess we'll all find out soon enough :)

Birds don't react to capsaicin the way mammals do, so they eat chilies and then spread the seeds through their excrement. Most likely worms don't react to capsaicin cos they're not mammals either.
I've worried about putting spicey things in my bin. Looking forward to seeing how it goes in yours. My Mawmaw and I made some candied jalapenos last month. They're super good. Glad you're feeling better Ms. Emily. ❤
