I was born in Montana and pretty much ousted when I hit adulthood due to cost of living. Nothing I'd like more than to move back, but I guess I'll never be allowed to unless I'm wealthy.
Will, it would be interesting to look at the fastest growing small towns in Montana and the prices for land and houses in the surrounding areas around those towns.
I wonder what the somewhat rural and small town areas are like, that's more my pace from growing up, not city life. I'm a little discouraged to move now, it seems government greed is taking over, and trying to penalize the ones who are trying to prevent the change. Crazy that the gas price is similar to new york, you guys have a dollar more than me here in south carolina.
Blame it on the Yellowstone show. Almost every fan that I talk to wants to move to Montana because of it me included (not got to happen). I don't want the harsh winters. It is beautiful, though. I would love to visit some day.
The cost of housing is just insane here. Purchase prices, rent prices, insurance, property taxes are just ridiculous And totally unaffordable for working folks.
I leave in Maryland In Bethesda its hard to get a house here everything in my neighbour is over 900,000 talking about small houses. Condominiums for 250,000 1 bedroom. Homes with 3 rooms over 1 million to 4 million it's just sad. My electric bill gets near 400 a month Internet 150 food over 1,700 a month with just regular groceries since I have 3 sons. The water is not safe to drink unless it is botle water . I'm looking g for clean water, clean air, and I'm looking to move to another State. my rent will go up soon. I'm alltedy paying 2,300 no utilities included
Growing up in Montana, people from places like California made fun of us, calling us hicks and the like. Now that i'm old enough to buy a house there, those same people have rushed in to buy it all up, making it too expensive for me to live there. I now live in South America and love it here. Its like Bozeman was 75 years ago.
The people in Montana get mad about people moving there from California but think about the Native Americans. What goes around always comes back. The children will pay for fathers sins 😷
Will is my favorite realtor. And I normally don't like realtors.
Thank you!

Thanks for watching!
Glad you made this video, not sure if I'll ever buy a home in this economy.
Nice presentation.
Thank you!
Good info. The same increases seems to apply to land as well…I was hoping for 20acres. Realistically it will probably be 10 acres.
20 acres near Roundup is 100 grand
Yes, exactly
@@gregorystinette8271 thanks for the reply. We have been looking more in the NW part.

How veteran friendly is MT NOW, does it have a drivable commute to a VA hospital. Things change y'know...

Clown
I'm pretty sure the Native Americans there don't want those trashy libtàrd Californians there either.
I oddly agree haha
