I know what that vehicle is. That's The Mobile Command Vehicle/ Tactical Operation Center or T.O.C for short. That vehicle is meant for most serious situations like hostaging or something.

@@railfanningmichael3970 It's not even that... well, partially. The thing is, the streets in Manhattan are SUPER fucking crowded. You'd be lucky if your car would move a fucking yard. Not only that, they're also very narrow as well. To make the car move out of the way would be very hard.

I love the crowns any police game i play i might have a buggati but i chose to use the vic even though its super slow and not strong
Also, you gotta love the officer coming on the PA at 14:04: "You're in the wrong lane!" [driver just sits there for a few seconds]
And then a few seconds later, "You're STILL in the wrong lane! Go to the other side of the street!" You know it's just bad when they don't get the message across the 1st time...

I think it's absolutely amazing knowing that when we're in trouble, help is on the way. It's reassuring to see what the Police do in order to get to you as fast as they can. Blue lives matter and I'm glad I'm alive because of their dedication to this great nation.

I want someone to actually run numbers and see what percentage of traffic is caused by pedestrians, taxi’s, emergency vehicles, etc. It would be very interesting and perhaps such a study could help relieve traffic and plan better street layouts.

By far my favourite clip was the first one of the NYPD Bomb Squad rig BLASTING through traffic. My city's Pump's have the same air horns, and same chassis so it reminds me of them. Absolutely loved that video, and the rest of the compilation. Great catches!

It actually did - especially as it's on the Pacific Coast Highway which is featured so accurately in GTA V as the Ocean Highway.

as a foreigner who only knows about the US through the internet or news etc. New York is an awesome place. I know it's not perfect. It's dirty, over populated, people are aggressive (what i've been told). The city is gritty and that is what's so appealing. Oh and I've played the first Division game so that's a bonus
