I wish I could understand him. I wonder how he cuts the trunk that makes the base hollow and grows the root system out like that. I have two adeniums that I would like to work with to increase the trunk size and grow the roots like that.
To grow the trunk size, which is called a caudex, each spring repot and rinse all dirt off roots, and raise the plant 1 inch higher than it was previously planted in pot.
